Friendly and efficient service. I booked my parents into the paraplegic room and everything was up to standard. From the check in to the checkout, everything was on point . The delicious breakfast buffet at Jeera topped off the holiday.

Only one suggestion, due to the renovations taking place , at least one escalator or lift should be in working order to access the casino floor ,especially for disabled guests.

Nice hotel. Clean. Staying here the whole week didn't get bottled water the rooms don't come with small toiletry necessities. Hence not a five star. Otherwise had a good stay. Restaurant is expensive bit good food.

Stunning views of the beachfront. Secure parking and a safe venue to walk to adjoining eateries. There is also a spa here. Breakfastscare served al fresco and the weather year round allows for a great experience!

Amazing stay. Rooms were in tiptop shape and serviced well. Breakfast was beyond expectation, wait staff very attentive, and the variety was awesome. Well maintained gardens and pool area. The Spa was an experience that must definitely be revisited

Middle of the road chain hotel. Located on the beach front with miles of beaches, bars and other restaurants. It is right next to a casino but it does not spill over to the hotel. Staff are great.

Rooms are nice. But my non smoking room smelled of cigars and they only give you one bottle of body wash for the three days i spent there.but apart from that everything else was good.

Rooms clean and welcoming. Hotel very safe

Housekeeping needs lots of training.

Area jogger perfect! Beach 200m away.

Awesome dining and breakfast spread. Getting a bit old though. But still a perfect destination.

Efficient, simple hotel. Staff are helpful. Rooms are small but you won't be in them as there's so much to do downstairs. Glass between baths and beds is a little different but cool if you're travelling alone or with a spouse. Foods always good. Service is impeccable.

I've booked twice into the hotel and will still do, cause I love it BUT, please sort out your wi-fi or stop saying its free. Both times I haven't been able to use wi-fi for one reason or another. 2ndly, I was dissapointed to see that you don't change your menu. During my latter stay some breakfast food items were spoilt I had to ask one of the waitresses to remove it before people fell sich and ruin your brand reputation on social media. Great facility, but the lack of attention to detail maybe your downfall in the long run.
