I would give this place a big fat zero if I could but a 1 it is. First of all I am not here by choice. My flight was canceled. First up the food was dreadful. Next No hot shower, water ice cold. Phoned to report.you guessed it no reply. Then got to listen to what appears to be a weekly jazz festival at full volume until midnightonly to be woken up again at 3 am by guests and the driver of the combi that dropped them screeching at each other at the top of their lungs followed by more screeching by presumably staff walking by on their way to breakfast shift. Oh and I forgot about the funny smell in my cupboard that turned out to be a pair of filthy smelly socks left behind ..makes you wonder how clean these rooms actually are.

Excellent service from the entrance all the way to different departments. The food was divine. The staff is friendly and efficient. The place is Super clean. It is a beautiful environment for business workshops, weddings, friends and family. So many options to choose from. They cater for different budgets. They have a variety of restaurants.

Great place to stay. Shops at walking distance. Restaurant within the premises and walking distance. Rooms are a spacious. Beds are comfortable. Airport shuttle to and from airport.

Hotel is big and beautiful. They maintain good ambience.

BUT customer service after booking is confirmed is poorest. After day 1, they serve complementary water on request only.
No WiFi was available in the room, after complaining their technical staff checked and confirmed issue in the room can't be solved now hence they proposed to change my room.

Stayed there 4 days but instead of several follow ups they didn't bother to change the rooms. On each follow ups they responded sweetly that they will do it in sometime but regret to say, that time didn't come.

Conference Centre near OR Tambo Internationally Airport. Free bus to & from the airport. Make sure you know when the bus leaves for the airport as you could wait an hour if you just miss the bus.
Facilities fine. I didn't stay overnight though have done in the past. Wide variety of food. One has to be careful not to overeat!
Snacks @ coffee breaks were tops. Plenty & tasty. Decent coffee from machines.

Wow! What a fantastic place. I was there for a conference meeting with 350 other people and the conference venue was fantastic. the draping, high ceilings and chandeliers in the OR Tambo 1 room looked gorgeous. The toilets look like something out of a movie and the staff were so friendly all day. We then were served a buffet lunch in the Serengeti Lounge. They had rice, chicken, roast beef, roast potatoes, salads, fresh fruit, cake and ice cream. Everything tasted like love. I would definitely recommend this venue for a business conference, wedding or any other function.

I was happily surprised that a hotel next to the airport would actually be an awesome full service resort. The staff was extremely nice, the room was spacious the wifi decently fast and reliable, and especially check out The Grill @One Twenty for amazing steaks and wine. The airport shuttle runs every hour and is only 10 minutes from the airport. Highly recommended, though a 30min drive from Joberg.

Functional conference venue, offering rooms which are well-equipped, and with extra restaurants within its large grounds. Good food, attentive and helpful staff, with even flowers placed in the ladies restrooms during conferences. Staff members are dressed neatly and the gardens have been revamped, so that the overall impression of this venue has improved since my last visit.

Good conference facilities. Good food pity that morning tea was not sufficient and coffee out a machine. Great evening function. Very pleasant waitrons. Should be a 4 star rating bit let down because ladies loo not cleaned frequently.

Nice and clean rooms. Value for money. The only issue was that you have to pay rand 700 for 1 or 2 hours to keep the room after check out time.
Otherwise service was good. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice.

Lovely. Staff are nice. Did not have WiFi in my room for the first night. They were very helpful in changing my room next day. No other complaints. Recommended stay.

Terrible service and uninformed staff. I phoned a week prior to my arrival asking for a quotation as my stay would be business travel. My wife was already booked so I wanted to share a room with her. Told me to ask for the invoice on arrival and then arrange for my offices to make payment. All would be fine.

Arrived a week later 03/08/17 only to be told that they cannot invoice me seperately and also they cannot allow me into the room without my wife. 14:00. They told me to wait untill my wife was done with her meeting. 18:00. I have to wait outside in my car for 4 hours. horrible standards

Immaculate great campus, it's quite huge if you think of it as Silverbirch combined with Birchwood. It's a must stay at place if you find yourself in Boksburg (up to standard rooms). It has 3 restaurants, a swimming pool, gym, laundry services and a laundromat if you prefer doong your own laundry. There's a shopping centre right next to it, and another one in less than a kilometer down the road (East Rand Mall). I can go on and on about this place, I enjoyed my stay with them.

It'd a great convenient place for conferences. The hotel has great rooms and also provides for low budget rooms. Their service is great. Their various restaurants designed for different needs are the best. I love one where you sit in the terrace and watch flights as they land

Excellent service (especially the golf carts😁), great food and the very convenient complementary shuttle to East Rand Mall and the OR Tambo airport. This is a really beautiful place that needs to be seen in person

Had a local conference here .enjoyed the conference setup . breakfast and and buffet lunch .room was nice for a relaxing night if you get use to the planes flying by ever now and then . but overall experience was great will visit it again in the future

the place was nice, very large. you could easily get lost from inside. there were many venues for conferences and it seemed there's always more than one conference taking place. the rooms were very good and they had enough parking space
