Easy access to the waterfront. Good soundproofing so it wasn't too noisy even though it is right at the waterfront. Parking available right next to the hotel at no charge. Excellent service. Great breakfast. If the price is right, this is a great hotel to go with in Cape Town.

I give this hotel top rating for location, breakfasts (which are included) and staff. I’d highly recommend selecting a Mountain View room vrs the Plaza Facing. The noise and activity in the plaza may be annoying to some people and the Mountrian View rooms are quite with great views of the harbor. Very safe with numerous restaurants and good shopping within easy walking. We had are best time in South Africa and it all started with the V&A.

Housekeeping knocking on the door at ungodly hours. Lot of noise from outside bars. Don't choose if looking for a peaceful time.

Amazing location and great breakfasts. The rooms are nice and have huge showers! only 4 star as it was our honeymoon but the staff and hotel didn't even say congratulations, although we didn't expect anything, many of the other places we stayed on our honeymoon made a special effort for us.

Great location, good service. Breakfast was quite good though it can take a long time to get a waiters attention for coffee or tea. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is serious about it's appearance. What I mean by this is that they treat their guests well and they have amazing service. The location is excellent as you have the entire V & A waterfront experience at your door.

Well appointed rooms, comfortable beds and great service. Fantastic location in the heart of the V&A waterfront. The breakfast selection is great too. The only blemish was that we stated that our stay was for our honeymoon several times and our stay wasn't made to feel any more special for it.

Great hotel! rooms with awesome view to the harbor and table mountain. Very good housekeeping room and shower were very clean. all in all great service, great hotel.
