Good breakfast, Large room but not so clean. Weekend so quiet around hotel. Wonderful view of table mountain from the train station near hotel.

Only Damien knows hes at work and there to work and service customers and maintain excellent global standard of hospitality hes amazing and well mannered extremely proffessional - He kept on raising the bar throughout our stay and we looked forward to his shift because we knew our needs will be met when hes around - other hotel staff pretend like they are doing you a favour by letting you stay at the hotel ..took an hour to find someone to make our bed thanks to Damien we were sorted by an extremely lazy Nomvuso which we had to repremand by budging into our hotel room and ignoring to greet us we found her mannerism rude as she came in speakińg on her phone dropped her phone proceeded to our room without greeting ..we had to just ensure she fixes only the bed her attitude changed only when we showed her politely how rude it is to walk into someone space and not greet .If id be asked to take your staff through Customer Services Induction id gladly do it as this is a make or break in the Hospitality Industry. Big Ups to Damien for mastering this it was a pleasure being under his watch and shift we thank him so much

Room was large and comfortable. Reception staff were not the friendliest but the service was satisfactory. Basement parking space is quite cramped and difficult to navigate if you have a big car.

Great staff, clean room and lots of space. But did any of the design team ever spend a night here? Horrible lighting (that looks good until you need light, then it's interrogation grade), hidden light switches and no place to hang your towel so they don't replace it. So close, but not there.

NEW MANAGEMENT SUCKS BIG TIME.

I never thought I'd ever say this but today I am. it was always a pleasure staying at circa, but for the 1st time since the new owners and management this place sucks big time. Service are putrid, no sense of welcome. For a 4 star self catering accommodation you would think they would have the basic things like a drying cloth, dishwasher Witch was provided before new management. Once again TV and a/c remote controls not working only thing good was there was over enough towls this time around. Circa is loosing the plot. I'm not racist what so ever but the unfriendly black ( if it was South African black staff it would've been way much more friendly and welcoming and that's a fact) staff treat you like you in a hostel and not a hotel.

Yes! Yes Yes!!!? You have to try this, especially the suite Beautiful, quiet It doesn't have pefect views, but it is right in the middle of Cape Town, so you will get to experience The famous table mountain, Waterfront, the markets Cape Town life!!?

Very good location, beautiful - contemporary design apartments , some of them even with a balcony. They have dedicated shuttle / tour service, which is really helpful when you need to be picked up from the Airport or just want to explore Cape Town and surrounding areas.

Very Cozy and clean. Very affordable. The Muse restaurant was simply awesome. Large apartments with microwave, oven, DSTV, dishwasher, cutlery, fridge, mini bar, bathtub etc.
There is no door on the toilet/bathroom though (by design). It may not be suitable for non-couples or couples to whom using the toilet is a very personal affair!

Very big room and good welcoming service at reception. Comfortable king-size bed. Shower need a maintenance.. .there isn't side bed lightning. Breakfast was average

The shower wasn't pretty. Didn't look like it did in the pictures. Not much of a view. Shuttle service is expensive. Limited WiFi. I got 1.5 GB per day for 2 devices. Hardly used the Internet and 1.1 GB just disappeared. Got a feeling more than one person gets the same WiFi voucher code. Bed is nice a soft. They lock the pull out couch, quite strange. Don't know if this is standard in the hospitality industry. Breakfast is included but not much to right home about.

All rooms are apartments.
But that is it!!! On Sundays there are NO room service, NO housekeeping, NO bar open, NO restaurant openonly ONE person at reception who does not have any authority to do anything. The Hotel even had NO Wifi connection the entire Sunday afternoon and evening until into the Monday morning. Surely NO ONE will want to experience THIS kind of service.
