There is nothing wrong with the food, it's amazing ,but please inform your driver rosedale estate is a 30KM /H zone due to kids and pets everywhere and he doesn't drive 30KM /H If someone or any pets gets hurt he will be held reliable. If he can't drive 30KM /H we will lay a complaint by the body corporate and take it from there. Today he was here with a silver Ford ecosport and can't stick to the speed limit which is unacceptable.

Been using them on and off for years(when I'm too busy to cook). Food is always tasty, portions are very generous even for a big eater like me, meals are delivered on time and drivers are friendly. Reasonable priced as well.

We used to use Doorstep Chef a couple of years ago. Food was good, although it got a bit bland over time. We have been back for two weeks and are leaving again as the quality of the food was poor! Orders incomplete (no chips with child's food and no sauce with chicken schnitzel), but overall quality of the food was not great overall.

We decided on Doorstep Chef for the convenience. This is now our first week and we are quite impressed. The food is delicious, creative, but just so little! Or am I being a hog? Just expected slightly more for R60 a plate. Delivery has always been within the time frame and the customer service great with answering my questions.

Even though the food is fairly good, your customer service leaves a bitter taste. Drop-off times varies between 15H00 and 19H30 with no communication or excuse. You cannot do or plan anything as you don’t know what time food will arrive. Everyday convenience and efficient service NON existent

Order is three hours late and incomplete. The driver did not even wait so I could check to see if all items were delivered. Was at the office just before 8am. Asked if I can collect. Delivery was promiste for 12:30pm. Such an inconvenience. I've been raving about your service to just about everyone. Just drove to their offices for the second time today. Order was incomplete (only half of my items were delivered). Waited another 20+ mins. Still incomplete order. Literally, begging for what was promised. Cancelled my order. Have to wait till after the finance department comes back from leave the 8th of Jan 2018 for my refund. No proper reason for what went wrong. Inconvenienced is an understatement. I have been raving about their service for a while and wanted to try them for the new year.

I have been using doorstep chef for 2mnths now. My husband and i actually realised we have been spending more on groceries than we would on doorstep chef.
Thanks to doorstep chef we have been saving alot of money. Also the portions are big so we save on dinner and lunch 😉🤗David the guy who delivers the food is always will to help where ever necessary and also on the ball.

Awful quality! It felt like we were eating mass made food from a boarding school. We dreaded everyday more than the last. Do not waste your money on this business - there are other places that also deliver daily and are of a far higher quality.

Call centre answers quick. Do they listen to what you say? No. Wanted a normal couples meal for 4 days . The first two days were kiddies meals. They said they will credit us for the mistake. You can guess if that happend. Moving on to the next week having visitors for two days we needed two couples. I phoned 3 times to confirm this . Surprise one couple order arrived. Pathetic. 2/10

We love doorstep chef. It a lot cheaper than grocery shopping actually and it's so convenient not having to come home and cook after a long day at work. We recommend them to everyone. Patrick always delivers with a smile, and the meals are delicious.
