The reception was super good. The guider to our room he knows every detail of the place. The breakfast serving was very good. Nature surrounded us especially the sound of birds in the morning.

We stayed one night. What a gem in heart of busy Rivonia. Staff are friendly and helpful. Quiet cottage in beautiful garden. Lovely swimming pool. Good breakfast. Very clean. Lots of parking and good security.

Great staff. Always feel welcome as the staff greeds my by name. Rooms comfortable with small kitchenette. Serves amazing breakfast with big selection catering for all tastes. Home away from home.

Thanks again Gerard and Jill. As always the warmth we experienced during our stay made us Capetonians feel welcome in the City of gold. After a flight and a Gold Train trip, the restful surroundings and beautiful gardens are just what a traveller needs. We found the rooms spacious and well appointed, the staff friendly and helpful. We must particularly thank Gerard and Jill for really making our stay something to remember. I will always recommed Rivonia Bed & Breakfast to my friends travelling in the Johannesburg area.r

Rivonia B&B is an excellent overnight facility, with professional, friendly and effective staff, fully furnished rooms with every possible convenience and an friendly and efficient breakfast service with the widest possible menu. It is centrally placed with good access to dining places and to OR Tambo. On our last visit we were a party of 9 arriving from the Free State en route to one week on vacation in Mauritius. We slept over at RB&B one night before and one night after Mauritius. We were able to park our vehicles safely at RB&B, at no charge for the week, and used the RB&B efficient driver and courtesy vehicle on a 25 minute trip, to and from the airport, at a reasonable price. Back in the Free State, all the members of the group expressed their delight in RB&B, the surroundings, the facilities and the services as well as the value-for-money stop-over experience.

We have stayed at Rivonia Bed and Breakfast on several occasions and found it to be an excellent facility. The rooms are spacious and very tastefully furnished. The meals were excellent and we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The facility offers safe parking in very tranquil surroundings.

Rooms are very well equipped and comfortable. Reception is welcoming and friendly. The breakfast prep staff are surly. Don't arrive 1 min late for bkfst or you will be turned away. If you put pork sausages on the menu, then serve actual pork sausages, not 'cheese grillers'.
When you advertise 'Shuttle Service' , be prepared to actually provide a shuttle service.

Great quiet, garden hideout to explore Joburg from - Very safely and quietly located in the north of Johannesburg. The whole premise is basically a lovely garden. Service is excellent and the breakfast buffet is the best we saw in 3 weeks of travelling through South Africa.
It is not super-central, but it was easy for us moving around taking Ubers and taxis. Trip to the airport takes about 30min and cost 300 ZAR with Uber.

I stay here twice a month for a total of 8 nights and service is always good. Staff is very friendly, helpful and effective. Very nice gardens and relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. Very well equiped.

It's a relaxing b&b with friendly staff. The food is amazing. The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds are comfy. The day I was leaving ,at breakfast, the staff gave me a heart shaped egg, I felt so touched and couldn't wait to come back!!
