This Laid-back, family-friendly Italian restaurant is definitely one of my favorite eateries. Their food is authentic, no-frills Italian and they offer diners the warmth and coziness of inside eating or al fresco on the terrace. Portion sizes are substantial, so easily shareable amongst a table friends. Our little Frenchie is always welcome on the terrace and they treat her like a princess. We always leave there feeling happy and satisfied.

Sorry, not good experience here. Spinach veg dish not nice at all. Husbands pastas dish not enjoyed either. The worst is the manager, running past our table repeatedly shouting! Greeting new patrons and shouting instructions to waiters so annoying, had to leave no dessert no coffee.. totally oblivious to the fact that WE are his guests to.

Fantastic service. I had plates on my table and didn't even saw a waiter picking it up. They really work as a team here. The owner was walking around with a notebook and taking orders. The food quality is also really good. We were here on a busy night and our food took less than 15 min. Would definitely recommend this place. Lots of options to choose from! Tons of pasta options, some of which I were not even familiar with. I think a person can eat vegan or vegetarian as well (I am dairy free and was able to eat here).

A great restaurant in the middle of main Street. The gnocchi was delicious as was the margarita pizza. They were good take homes as well. I very much liked the ambiance and the crowd. There was plenty to eat for all range of people. I can truly say it was one of the best restaurants in Cape town.

I have never had a bad experience here for eat in or take outs. Their service is quick and the crusts are crunchy. The restaurant is cosy inside and has outdoor seating too. Situated right on main road. Consistently good!

This was always our local. Been there many times. Today we had overseas visitors and took them for a treat. Didnt work out as well as we planned. We asked for a table outside (was empty) both table clothes were filthy. We then moved inside. Waitress confirmed our drink order 3 times but still got it wrong. The person who delivered our food passed it down the table person to person, like they were too lazy to walk around. Food was very average. We ordered coffees afterwards and I never got mine. Poor show very dissatisfied.

I have been before and loved it. Today my pizza took over an hour, my salad was forgotten and my pizza want great. The comped the pizza and my beer but I only left after 10pm and arrived at 8:20pm. Next time please revive my love for your restaurant

Our first time coming here and having something to eat..what an awesome vibe through the entire nightgreat meeting Jack Our waiter Byron was on point and an all round brilliant guy! Thanx to Posticino for a great experience,awesome food and incredible atmosphere. You will see us again and again!!

Phoned at 19:30 on a Fri for a table and the owner made a plan. Food and service were great, even though they were busy. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Great Place!
The food was tasty, and well priced. The service was extremely friendly. We took our little one and the attention they gave him was remarkable.

The environment is pretty cozy and one has the option of eating ouside.

I'd definitely recommend this place!

Great dinning experience. Pasta was cooked well and lots of sauce options. Very busy atmosphere. If it's weekend I recommend you book in advanced.

Great pizza, stone based and tasty. Friendly service , a little slow when busy but worth it! Meat selection starter a little bland.
