If you love food then this is the place to be. Live band/DJ. Great spot to chill on a Saturday. Waffles were the best I ever had. Will be back for more.

The market is best place to be for your Saturday. The market has a variety of different cuisine to enjoy whilst meeting and making new friend. It is one of the best places Jo'burg has to offer.

Interesting little inner city market that makes use of an old unused parking lot. Always different coming back here every few months. It seems they change up the food stalls ever so often. Has a nice little clothing market section. Awesome bar to soak up the day and sun on the balcony to some fresh Jozi beats.

Okay, so this place is amazing!

Great food + Even better music + Great crowd + Gorgeous items on sale +GREAT FOOD = Neighbourgoods Market

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and my boyfriend had this really delicious burrito-looking like thing (sorry, I forgot the name) and I couldn't help but finish it when I had a taste. And the drinks were even better. I also had the opportunity to make my own cotton candy.

Note: Some food/items are a little expensive so do pack in an extra buck.

Also note: Because it's such an awesome place it can get really crowded very quickly, so do get there early if you want a place to sit down.

A must visit if you're in J'burg! Super lively, great atmosphere and food from all over the world. Fun for food or an afternoon of music in the sun on the rooftop terrace. 10/10

The venue is great and has ample space for the events that they host. I have been to 2 different t events there and the issue of there only being 1 restroom area is of a concern because of there happens to be another alcoholic themed festival there then the lines would be crazy for the rest roo.s again. Maybe look into getting restrooms built upstairs as well.

A great place for a fun morning/afternoon with a great variety of local foods to choose from and rooftop drinks space. Stalls on the next floor offer jewellery, clothing and other crafts by their creators. Central to an area immersed in culture, eateries, music shops and pubs. Braamfontein revived.

Really enjoyed having lunch here with friends. We went later in the day and it was not crowded - however, finding seating is always a struggle.

The vendors are lovely - the food at each stall is different and exciting; and there is something available for everyone (from vegan to lamb on the spit).

I would definitely recommend popping through to Neighbourgoods when you are looking for something new and tasty to enjoy.

There is a DJ upstairs as well as an outdoor area for socialising and relaxing. A great way to spend a couple of hours.

Young, hip and fun. This is not your grandmothers market. It is however extremely packed and lacks the subtle charm or regular goods markets. Very few actual goods on sale.!plenty of food and drink on offer.

It's nice. Expensive, and far too over crowded, but it's still nice enough. A unique experience with unique foods. Not great for groups, but pretty decent for a date.

A great little market with fantastic food options, great if you need something to do on a Saturday morning and you're hungry. Can get quite busy over the lunch hour. The vibe is good, albeit very hipster. It's also well situated and it's worth it to walk around the Braamfontein precinct and end there with a beer (craft beer - like I said, it's pretty hipster)

Amazing food, anything you want to eat you'll find there. It is slightly pricey but worth it. Live bands play and you get a taste of local artists and their craft.

A fantasist concept to aid the revival of social engagement near the inner city.
The market is safe, comfortable and caters for a wide range of taste as well as interest.
I would go every weekend if I could!

Great variety of food. Limited seating. Love it when they have live bands. Carry cash some stalls don't take bank cards

Must go to attraction for locals and tourists alike to have brunch on a Saturday. The many food stalls are just overwhelming. Don't eat for 3 days to come with plenty of appetite. Don't be afraid of the downtown area. It is safe. Park your car in the streets of the area. They are being looked after. Been there multiple times. No issues, no worries whatsoever.

Similar to Market on Main. Great food. Some of the same vendors at Market/Arts on Main can be found here. So hit this place on Saturday and Arts on Main on Sunday. Fantastic food and a rooftop music experience.
