This is the pits of all traffic department I've been to. Customer service is non existence, staff is unprofessional. My mom had to turn back twice without any help or directive on how to sort out the matter. Very disappointing

The computer link kept going down causing us to have to wait so much longer. You have stand outside for hours before you get inside.

At the parking young men will ask if they can help you to get your licence quickly. The will ask for R100 then disappear with your money and your documents, never to be seen again be careful 🤔🙃☝️😁

Service is quite slow, there is limited guidance to know which queue to follow.

After passing the test, I was simply told at the payment counter that my results are not yet in the system and I cant pay. I couldn't figure out where I'd to go for those results to be uploaded until my instructor paid someone inside to do the capturing. When I returned to the counter, the lady angrily said, hey, this is still incomplete, you need to have your fingerprints taken! Even though noone had informed me of the process.

When I was finally done with everything, I found out after walking out of the building that the temporary license document was incomplete; the lady on the counter just printed it and gave me without saying anything. My headshot needed attaching, I needed to put a thumb print etc. but I'd to find this out for myself.

There was noone to do this for me. I'd to find an ink plate on one of the counters to place my thumb print. The rest I did while already at home.

The City of Tswane must do something to improve conditions of the building. How do you expect staff to operate in such conditions of the building? Employee wellness is vital. Under the circumstances, I was fairly impressed with the organisation at licence issuing dept. I was served within reasonable time.

Advised to bring along optometrist certificate. If you are >#100 in queue forget about it, there is no way in, they ONLY do 100 applicants a day. This means you should arrive before 10:00.

Unwillingness to assist after I have presented all documentation they said I need. One says one thing, the other says another. Sending me from one place to the next. They are incompetent and dont know the job. Very unprofessional!!

Only one machine working at the moment. Word is that the line gets cut off at 2:00Pm. que about 30 people in front after getting here at 6:20.

I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly, quick and efficient service we received from the personnel that issue drivers licence cards.. They were very patient and helpful with several senior citizens. They kept everybody in the queue informed and I commend their effort.
