  Had a first bad experience with customer service at time of application, but a lady named Yolandi Kotze went the extra mile to make things work. A bit of unnecessary frustration, especially as an international student, but thanks to dedicated persons like herself, we were quite happy.

  The worst service i have ever received. I'm trying to register but I keep getting the same email back and I know what I've submitted is correct. I've been trying to apply since the 15th of December with no luck. I keep phoning but no one can help me, except one lady who never answers her phone.
  
  This experience has frustrated me more than the 4 years that i studied at UNISA and the only reason i changed was because I was told Monash was better.
  
  MONASH doesn't seem better. With UNISA I could at least register!!
  
  At the moment my dream of doing my Pgdip looks further away than ever! I should have registered with UNISA!!!
