Was told I'd get a R200 fuel voucher if I gave them a 5 star rating here. Later my car was taken in to get some hail damage sorted out. I was given one of their vehicles to use in the meantime, which had zero fuel. I was advised to fill what I needed and keep the slip so that they can reimburse me later, together with my R200 voucher for the 5 star rating I had initially given them.
I filled R150 fuel and handed the slip over when I collected my car. I was then told that I would not be reimbursed with cash for the fuel I filled in THEIR VEHICLE, as they don't give cash refunds or do EFT's, but would rather be given another fuel voucher.
I was told that all was in order over the phone by the sales person Marlin, and that I could come through to pick up the voucher (R350). When I got there he was out of the office, so another person gave me the voucherfor R300 only.
When I called to enquire why it wasn't the full amount, he informed me that his manager said R350 was too much!

So I had to drive all the way to your dealership to collect a voucher and you still didn't pay me back my full amount of R150 which was used to fill fuel in your vehicle.

It's not about the R50it's about the principle behind it! You can't say one thing to make a sale and then go back on your word once the deal the done.

Micheal, if you, as the manager don't have any ethics, then that says a lot about your dealership and the way you do business.

Most awesome experience in buying a Pre-owned vehicle. Professional and great service! Ask for Carla de Beer. She is just the most dedicated sales lady ever. She went beyond any of my expectations to assist in making the whole process as smooth as possible. I would recommend Hyundai Constantia any day to anyone!

During the period of July/August 2016 I purchased a Peugeot from Hyundai Constantia Kloof. The story goes as such Upon looking at the vehicle I did notice oil dripping from the gearbox, I was assured by Stan that all will be fixed and all will be in perfect mechanical order. 1 week later I took delivery of the car, I took it to a reputable mechanic who me that the Bearings in my gearbox were worn and needed to be replaced and was ordered to take the car straight back to the dealership, Which I did. 2 weeks had passed and I then got the car back and was promised the car is in perfect condition and there was nothing wrong with the Gearbox what-so-ever! I had done less than 3000 km's and things took a turn for the worst, my car broke. Due to the fact I had already passed my 6 months of having the car, there was literally nothing I could do. My poor French car sat at home for another 6 months, month after month, paying a car off I can’t even use, walking and catching a taxi to my job. I have just recently fixed my car at a cost of R 25 000!!! Which I now have to pay back on a Credit Card at 21% interest. The fault was due to a Bearing in my Gearbox that broke and was messing up everything in the Gearbox, as well as a worn-out clutch. As a student studying to become something in my life, catching a taxi to do my Articles for Auditing with a car at home, it’s quite sad and depressing that the first car I ever bought was from a dealership taking advantage and blatantly lying to me just to make money. Business is business, and I’m sorry, it doesn't work that way. I will never in life ever buy a car even near a Hyundai dealership, neither will my kids, nor my family. It’s shocking and a disgrace quite frankly. Thank you for the extra Debt with all the interest i have to pay off for the next year while studying and for the whole experience i received from Hyundai Constantia Kloof. It's quite an eye opener to see how business works!

I've had an issue with this dealership and it was only sorted out after 5 months of me emailing and annoying the manager, GM and F&I. They've ignored many of my emails and I had to send someone to the dealership to sit my things out with them. Really disappointed in their matter of working for being a dealership.

Worst attitude I have ever met! Luckily the sales person Stanley Sizo Khoza exposed me to such before I actually bought the car. I thank you for that!

I have never experienced worse service in my life! Unfortunately I have to give a star to post.
Trust me, their promises means absolutely nothing.
    Firstly,
    - I waited way longer to get my car.
    - When I received it, I could see they didn't valet it recently as stated to me.
    - When I wanted to sign the documents, the price differed from the price advertised. It was R 10 000 more! I showed them their advertisement with the lower price and their management had this attitude of "take it or leave it" even though they were the ones in the wrong! I really wanted the car so we negotiated and I ended up paying R 5000 more.
    - The car's petrol tank was DEAD EMPTY. So I actually had to beg & they gave R 200 petrol voucher with great effort. (I'm used to dealerships at least putting some petrol in the tank?)
    - They serviced my car but they didn't reset the computer so it keeps on saying it needs to be serviced. For this I have to now drive to Roodepoort from Pretoria to let them do it.
    - They promised me they would deliver my number plates to me asap. I heard nothing from them and when I called, they didn't even know what I was talking about and then said everytime "They will probably receive it the next day, just busy with documents etc etc). Still I heard nothing from them until one day (after temporary one has already expired a month ago) I called the dealer again and he said he has the plates and will call me back with arrangements. That never happened. The next evening Metro Police pulled me over & because of my expired temporary license they wanted to arrest me & take my car. Luckily I could provide my financing documents as proof so I came off with a fine. The next morning I contacted Hyundai's dealer & manager and told them that they will have to pay my fine because it's their fault and that I want my plates delivered to me before 12:00 the same day. The manager told me that it's the dealer's fault and he will personally send him to bring my plates & he will pay my fine so I must give him a copy of the fine.
Today, more than a month later, I checked and saw that they still haven't paid my fine as promised!

    I don't even have words.

Avoid doing business with them at any cost. Trust me, you will get better service any other place.
