Customer service is not exceptionally good! Some customer service agents are clueless and always need assistance from their colleagues - so be patient. Jaguar spare parts are very expensive. Negotiate, you might be lucky to get discount. And a note of warning; don't try to call Jaguar Bedfordview office rather visit. They are very disorganised on the phone. All of my 3 phone call experience wasn't worth it with the highlight of being pushed around for 47 minutes without anyone being able to assist me.
