had my life put in danger by Bidvest Car Rental ,that rented out a vehicle with tyres in substandard and unroadwothy condition, and causing a blowout at speed on a cold and wet road .

Pathetic service from Vincent and his crew! Randburg branch has got to be the worst! Really incompetent staff, I called on Saturday 14 Jan to enquire about my deposit refund, the lady that answered was supposed to 'check with the bank' if it had been released, and never did call me back! Today (17 Jan), called again, got through to Vincent, who also said he will 'check with the bank' and call me back. An hour and a half had passed, with no call even notifying me that they working on it. I called back twice, Vincent was busy with a customer at first, and the second time as well. The gentleman that answered tells me that their 'merchant system' is offline. I DONT GIVE A DAMN!! BIDVEST CAR RENTAL RANDBURG WAS QUICK TO TAKE MY MONEY, AND I WANT IT BACK, NOW!!!! AND THERES NO NEED TO 'CHECK WITH THE BANK' BECAUSE IM TELLING YOU THAT THE MONEY HAS NOT BEEN RELEASED INTO MY ACCOUNT!! Will never use this branch again, they don't give a sh*t about the customer and their service sucks!
