Very very poor service. went there to check out an audi, took it for a test drive and then the car just stopped while busy driving the car. they informed me that they will give me a call as soon as the problem has been solved never received a phone call went in the next day to find out if the problem was solved then they informed me the car has been sold without even a phone call or whatever. most pathetic dealership ever!!!!😡😡

I bought a car from them without seeing it as I am far away from them I liked the vehicle from the photos that I saw and with one phone call I got all th help and patience in the world to assist me with all my queries. The sales person very friendly and helpful. My car was transported to me and when I saw my car for the first time it was better than what I expected. EXCELLENT SERVICE

Actually they deserve no stars. Purchased a Jeep Compass from them on the 12th of September. Paid cash, for the vehicle which they confirmed over and over was in an immaculate condition with a full service history (it broke that same day). My issues are as follows;
* Car was advertised as a 2009 model online and on the add on the car, after buying my 2009 I received the registration papers and noticed it was a 2008. Oops was all I got
* My invoice states I received spare keys yet they claim there is no spare keys and that they do not guarantee a vehicle will have spare keys.
* Paid cash, got in the car and the petrol light was on (they do not give any fuel)
* Left the dealer just before 10am on 12/09/17 filled the car up at the nearest garage and drove exactly 142km before the vehicle broke down just after 11am on the same day that I purchased the car. Phoned them immediately and was told not their problem.
* Quotation to fix the car is R 24,000 even though they were informed the moment the clutch broke they refuse to comply to the consumer act which states I have 7 days to return the vehicle if i am not happy and there is a 6 month period in which they should fix, refund or replace the vehicle if something breaks that they did not disclose.
*They avoid your phone calls and when you do get hold of them they are rude and arrogant. It has been 3 weeks since I purchased the vehicle and it broke and I am still fighting to get it resolved. STAY AWAY FROM EBK!!!!

BAD BAD EBK DEALERSHIP, SERVICE SOUTH AFRICA.YOU BUY THEIR ADVERTISED CAR AND THEY DONT DISCLOSE THAT IT HAS PROBLEMS. WHEN YOU EXPECT THE DEAL TO BE CLOSED, THEY TEL YOU THEN THAT THE VEHICLE IS AT THE MECHANIC AND THEY ARE AWAITING PARTS.ITS SO FRUSTRATING DEALING WITH EBK DEALERSHIP. THEY DONT CALL YOU YET YOU AS A CUSTOMER, YOU MUST RUN AFTER THEM. ITS NOW 3 WEEKS WAITING FOR MY CAR THAT I NOW DOUBT IF IT WILL BE READY FOR THE ROAD.

I had a really hard time dealing with the sales people. They don't return phone calls, don't keep with arrangements and throughout my dealings with them, they where more interested on the new phone call or the next guy walking on to the lot. Sold the car we wanted to buy right in the middle of our offer to purchase the same vehicle. In my opinion, they lost a customer for life!

Called to enquire about the car, talked to Andre for a minute and lost the line. I called back, he didnt answer, and he never tried phoning back. Droved 200km to view the car, Mercedes, got there, Andre, same guy, the salesman told me the manager is out with it, asked me to wait for an hour for him to come. Waited an hour and a half and he never came, so I went elsewhere. Very unproffesional. Their loss, had 120k cash to buy the car.

The sales agents are friendly and give you a wide variety of cars to choose from
