This place is awesome! The hotel is all suites! CLEAN! COMFORTABLE! MODERN! Views without compare! You can see the Lights FOREVER from the 22nd floor balcony, but even better from the swimming pool patio on the 24th floor. They have a Dining room that seats at least 💯 People! Their buffet is Enormous and has everything - You name it, and it is available in the vegetables, cheeses, fruits, rolls, desserts, meats, and appetizers!!! One word to describe dinner - YUMMY!!! The setting is lovely along a windowed-wall with thin-see-though-embroidered-cloth which let's in glorious light, so it is EASY to SEE EACH TABLE covered with a formal-white-table-cloth, then draped in a slant on top with a mix between loden-green and lime green clothes to achieve a lovely blend of spring-greens and white; the effect is extraordinary!!!
This hotel boasts a great exercise room, which gives a view of the surrounding city.
The STAFF is OUTSTANDING. They organize everything ANYONE COULD POSSIBLY WANT or NEED. RATING =A+ without RESERVATION !!!

The room was nice and the staff were fantastic. Braamfontein was a cool neighborhood but not safe at night. The staff will help you get to any of the restaurants in the neighbourhood. I would not walk around at night by yourself.

The rooms are very clean, spacious sitting area, bathroom tub a little steep, making it a little challenge to use, generous hot water, superior towels and bed linen. Designation "suites" included kitchen area without utensils or microwave. The other surprise only one television and none in the bedroom area. When we extended our stay and were upgraded to different room, we were suprised to see the only television was located in the bedroom and not in the common area. Restaurant food was average from menu did not try the buffet. Location near student village, very near the great jazz club Orbit a mixture of shops and on the edge of
homelessness, noisy and busy streets dyring the day. Not recommended as a walking area at night. Accomodating friendly staff.

If you want to be in the city and near public transportation then maybe you can justify staying here. The room was clean and average. The battery on the safe beeped all night. The building itself is old and needs an update. We choose to stay here specifically for the pool and it was dirty. The gym isn’t very big and doesn’t offer a lot of options. Our one positive experience here was when we ordered room service the food was surprisingly good. Also hotel is stingy with towels and napkins.

Excellent service always. Friendly staff always a smile on their faces. Sibongile was on duty when I stayed at the hotel and assisted with everything i needed (bedding, for my baby, extra towels, blankets etc)
Veli at the front desk gave my 3 year old a container full of sweets to keep her occupied. Amazing staff. Porters are friendly and ever ready to assist

The room is clean and big although it seems pretty old. The internet is also good in the room. I had a bad experience that water was dropping from the ceiling all the night but the front office reacted quite quick and i got a replacement room. the breakfast is also ok. The room is also not that expensive.

Not a cheap place, but people friendly, buffet food ok, breakfast good. Car park available. If somebody has a day off here, check constitution hill, good experience, just food walk distance.

Nice hotel, advanced, helpful stuff, big enough rooms (bedroom and sitting rooms seperated) though not all rooms have tv's that can hold/reflect a memory stick, you have to request for that if you need it

Nice and affordable hotel in the centre of Jhb. If u need a place with the view- this is it . Their rooftop bar gives you 360degree views of Joburg Cbd. Rooftop Bar is only accessed by guests only, so ure assured that no random individuals wonder here

The rooms are spacious and clean, prices are very reasonable, staff is super friendly and helpful. The only reason it didn't reach "love it" rate is because the furniture needs to be renewed, kind of old and worn out. I didn't cared, my overall experience was excellent

Great hosts for conferences and events. The food is very good as there is a wide variety in the buffet. It hosts quite a large number of guests and the staff is very friendly and does their job superbly well.

Ckeck in was laborious it took 3 hours and I had my 6 year old with me so the staff were not very proactive. As a frequent quest you could only us the online check in which was very ineffective due to lack of resources. The rest of the stay was comfortable, rooms spacious and buffets are good as healthy and vegetarian options were readily available.
