I really do love coming here! The food is great and the service is good. Couple all that with a venue that has a really good atmosphere, you have a winner. Will for sure be returning in the future.

One of the best restaurants in Cape Town! Very gentle and pleasant staff.
Best dish on the menu is the filet of beef and springbok! I never had a better one! Prices are fair. Ally took care of us during our visits and we absolutely felt comfortable.

Beautiful setting in the back courtyard. The cakes and coffees I had were average at best. Nice place for drinks.

The service isn't the best, but the view is amazing and the food is mostly good.

.this happens to be a very up-market place to fine-dine as we discovered on our first ever visit here! First-lii on arrival there was nobody in-sight to show where to go or sit eventual-lii we found the bar area and the bartender said he would find someone to help us and he did! The lad-ii was pleasant and then see told and directed us to the back-courtyard where we discovered a love-lii well spacious area filled with large umbrellas, the place was clean and full of patrons! We came for an elegant lunch! Which turned out to be an enjoyable afternoon! We ordered a sirloin steak, green salad, chips & a cheese-sauce, served well! Also a Spanish sea-food with Patagonian calamari which the chef forgot to include in the dish but when we inquired about it he kind-lii sent some in a separate dish! The meals were insidious-lii delicious and it went down well with a lime-spin instead of a glass of wine just to be a but different! They do serve you bread before the meal! This restaurant is well located just opposite the Sea-point promenade! They also have seating inside and on the front veranda but on beautiful sun-ii days the have the seating under the umbrellas making it very pleasant and creating an ambiance of it's own! We will come this way again in the future to explore and discover more!..

Exceptional service, beautiful decoration, good music and quality food. The chef offers a complimentary starter and "palate cleanse" that's is generally a sorbet, between courses. The restaurant also offer corkage, but the fee is R70, so only bring your wine if it's a special one. For starters we had the cheese platter that it's perfect for 2 people not so hungry to share and the mains were meat cooked to perfection. I ordered a meat with a wine reduction sauce, and the only con was that the sauce was too buttery, but that's my personal taste. Overall great restaurant.

Ridiculous price of R95 for an Aperol Spritz, more than my chicken nachos lunch of R75!!!

What a romantic setting. Feels like a set from a James Bond movie. Great food, amazing cocktails. Put on a dress shirt, polish those shoes and be transported to old world charm and sophistication.

Overpriced and not as customer friendly as it could be. Two tourists had apparently been robbed of cash from their rooms above as well.

Really great location for sundowner drinks. It would be nice of they used their whole veranda as they often have to turn people away.

Nice setting, but service can be lacking and their "rules" hard to keep up with: I frequently come here for breakfast, but I was turned away for breakfast when they decided to only serve guests one Sunday morning. If you phone in advance, hopefully someone knowledgeable can explain their rule book, if you care to know.

This is a great place to eat with a great view of the sea point promenade. Right on the side of the road, easy to get to and seemingly safe. Good drinks bar with quite a complete snacks and main course type menu.
