We recently had our wedding at the Barrique and regret nothing. Karin and Simone both were such pressures to do business with. They are so accommodating and made the whole experience a pleasure. The food, service, problem handling and friendliness was nothing short of amazing!!

A lovely outside sitting area with vines that give you complete shade. The menu looks good but we only had the pizza which was amazing! Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

Small homey restuarant with real soul food it reminds me of home cooking with a touch of class and they have home made apple cider yum. And the look my word every table looks diffrent.

Disappointing Sunday lunch selection, unimaginative salad garnishes straight out of the 70s, and pretty expensive for what I deem to be home cooking. Portions were generous.

Wonderfully setting. Welcoming hosts and always willing to accommodate you. As we have a baby it is difficult to find a place where we are really comfortable, and this is one of them. Food is great, good selection of wine.
The only down side was the fillet with a blue cheese sauce. It was a bit salty. Everything else on the menu is very tasty and well presented. Staff are very well trained.
We can recommend the garlic snail starter, deep fried camembert cheese and the oxtail and pork belly main course.
When we decided not to order desert as we were full, we received free Italian kisses on the house!

Gorgeous setting, but the Sunday lunch was average. White wine came warm, garnish looked like it had been used on a plate before, but the lamb shank and pork belly lunch special was delicious. Not sure if we want to go back.
