I got a good Toyota sedan for hire. It had a minty engine - I enjoyed every kilometer. More over, their staff members were fantastic. Don't hesitate to check them out.

Had a good service while in South Africa. The car was new, they gave it on time and gave us no problems throughout our 10 weeks trip. BUT, after going back home we found out that they charged us for an extra 300 USD! After a long correspondence, during which they kept refusing to admit their mistake, I realized that they charged us for hundreds of km more than we drove.
Eventually we got the money back, but it felt the whole time as if they hoped we will not notice they overcharged us.
Bottom line, it might work for them next time, so do not try.

Safair included this company when booking plain tickets. We got to the counter and the car was vastly more expensive than quoted - R2000, instead of R650ish. We went to Avis and found a car for 750 without having prior booked.

I don't recommend supporting them.

Service is disgusting. You pay a cash deposit of R 1 500 and you dont recieve a cent back after being told that you will get your deposit back within 10 working days. It's been over a month and not a cent recieved back.

The value is ok. Service is terribly slow, we were the only customers waiting and they had 5 staff who just ignored us -didn't even acknowledge that we were waiting. Quite disappointing as my flight was delayed and I was now pressed for time.

Not too bad, except that when you collect the car, they inspect it in the dark parking lot where the light is bad and YOU CAN'T SEE the small scratches, the inspector didn't even know anything about the car, he couldn't even find the park brake, if something didn't work, he wouldn't have known.

But when you return the car, they have a dedicated lane where the sun brightly shines so THEY CAN SEE even the tiniest of scratches. And this time they bring an inspector who knows everything about the car.

If you do hire from them, be sure to bring a very strong torch when you collect the vehicle.

Other things went well though, the ladies at the desk do a great job, very informative. It's in the parking lot where they need people who want to do a good job and be fair to the customer.
