Very slow service but eventually everything is sorted out

Beware, your bill might end up to be twice or three times as high as it should be. They are experts in hiding surcharges and additional fees.

Avoid them,
I rent a car for a few days, the taking was easy but long.
I got a problem with the car, and when I phoned them, first they didn't answer at all, the second time the guy hang up when I told him, I got problem with the car and he didn't want to give the road assistance number as well.
I found a road assistance number with the car registration papers, it wasn't the right one but they towed the car anyway to a garage, I wasted a whole day because of that.
And they weren't wanting to give me a replacement car, but with the help of one of the garage customer manager, I got one from the Kruger airport agency, who were nicer and more helpful.
Three days later, they called me because they couldn't find the car at the garage, even if the garage called them multiples times.
Finally, when I called to know what was happening, the guy couldn't tell me anything and tell me, he'll call back which he never did.
They charged me 3000 rands more for it, and didn't send any justification for it.
I would recommend to go anywhere else, until they train their employees correctly.response / report this review
