Their website is a blatant lie to the public. We went to view our room prior to our stay and it was stocked with the Kalahari products, it was polished and clean. When we arrived these products had been removed and replaced with a cheap bulk bottle all guests have to share and it appeared as if the guests before us had only left moments before. This was meant to be our honeymoon. If you are tempted to stay here.DON'T!

Both Garmin and Google Maps take you to the back side of this venue via dirt roads. You end up at a locked gate and that result in you being late for the function as you now need to go back to the tarred road and drive around. The owners of this venue know about the problem but does bugger all to solve it. Shame on them!

we went to Featherhill spa just 2 days before my wedding as mom and daughter for a last breakaway after all the stress. Unfortunately we were very disappointed since there was spider webs in many corners not much to say for a 5 star venue.we asked for special drinks to be put in our mini bar,the waitress only brought it after dinner the night at that time we didn't even want it any more.tea light candles were put on the steps to the way of our doors but were net lit.they did no extra effort for a bride to be,not even a freebie bottle of champagne or some treats in the room.treatments were good but the sound system was off so there wasn't even some nice tranquil music to listen to.The jacuzzi's weren't that good since plastics was loose and was was under maintenance and couldn't be used.The general idea we have of a 5 star spa is not at all what featherhill produces.Danel Janse van rensburg and Dee Janse van Rensburg 23 October 2014
