They do not seem to have a manager. Couldn't get hold of one on their 'manager on duty' cell number, couldn't get one at reception and no one even replied to my facebook review. Units make noise until early morning and there is no one to do anything about it. The person that did my nails had no clue about nails and damaged my nails.

Beautiful resort with a intermediate level golf course. Water park for kids and a good restaurant.

Went there as a day visitor with the family. Excellent service, THE FOOD!!!!!! (although a bit of a wait, worth waiting for). They have great amenities such as multiple swimming pools with slides, putt putt minigolf, table tennis, giant chess and a jungle gym. and its all FREE (apart from the food, haha!). Worth the trip, especially in the summer months as the water is nice and warm and they have lifeguards (good ones) on duty at all times.

We stayed for seven days (From Friday to Friday), and the first three days were "unbelievable" as we had to report not having water in our chalet every day, then after threatning to check-out thats when we were moved to the other chalet with water.

Advise: Do not book chalets from No: 25 to 32. They cant seem to be able to fix the pressure problem.
