  We visited Cradle Spa for the first time this weekend, 24th Jan 2020 after being spoiled for my wife's birthday. Spent the night in a luxuriously appointed bedroom with all the amenities. The breakfast next morning was as good as you would expect with a good variety of options. Then the massage. Faith and Sonja treated myself and my wife respectively and I can without a doubt say that it was the best massage I have ever had. My Vroutjie was just as happy. Everything about the visit was first class, from the time we arrived at the lovely people at reception right to the time we bid them farewell.. Until next time that is

  I work there 20 days per month, so I can confirm that it is a very beautiful place as shown by the pictures, It have a restaurant, with pools, Jacuzzis, and some cozy decorated rooms No doubt, it's a nice place because people visit there every day, I am a witness to all that.. 😉😉

  thank you so much to cradle health spa. booked a full body massage and the experience was out of this world. enjoyed every minute of it. and i like that we had access to the spa facilities after our massage and the facilities are very neat and clean. the restaurant is really convenient. will definitely come back again.

  We had a fantastic romantic experience. Full body massage was the best I've ever had. Staff definitely know their technique. Excellent accommodation and well looked after facilities. Also compliments to the chef for running a fantastic restaurant. Great food.
  This is really worth the money.

  A very very disappointing experience. My daughter treated me to the Deluxe Spa experience which I was so excited about and was counting the daysArriving at the spa we were subjected to a "Manager " shouting at a therapist on the phone and reprimanding a therapist as to how to enter the therapy areas oblivious to patrons in the foyer.the energy was not inviting and the general surley attitude of the staff showed the general unhappiness in the place..huge confusion to where to go.no briefing of the day ahead apart from go sit in the restaurant and wait to be called..The actual treatments were very good apart from the lack of soothing back ground musicbut a vacume cleaner noise throughout the treatments humming away nearby.. the lunch we ordered was very tasty but the general lack of interest or harmony that one generally should get when you visit a spa certainly was non existent. When we left nobody asked how our treatments or general experience was..at R1800 each and counting it's a very disappointing and expensive experience.Pity as with a little effort it could be stunning.

  It was really just ok, unfortunately I felt as if my money could have been better spent elsewhere. I had hoped they would have some type of follow up on the experience but to my great dismay they did not.

  The food was awesome. Thabiso the waiter was the greatest highlight of our stay. 5 stars to him.
  Overall, the stay was good. The massages were too good, we even felt they ended too quickly. Thank you to the team and management.
