Wow.What a wonderful experience we had at La dolce vita..friendly staff, good service, food and the boat cruise were the best things we had.we will definitely come back.

Needs lots of maintenance. Curtains have wasp nests. Plants growing through bedroom windows. Breakfast starting time (8) is late for those wanting to get on with the day.

Bit disappointed with this place. Staff were great but the place needs better attention to detail. Sheets were not properly cleaned and having no outside lights in the garden at night is crazy. Could be a nice place with better overall management. Wouldn't recommend staying there if you are a regular 4 or 5 star traveller, you're likely to be disappointed too.

Wow It seems the people who reviewed this place either totally hated it or loved it. My personal experience here was great. The room was neat and clean, the jacuzzi showed a little wear and tear but nothing to cry about, the view of the dam was amazing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good, standard breakfast eggs, bacon, toast, sausages etc its hard to go wrong with that wasn't expecting a gourmet breakfast or anything. I found the boat cruise delightful don't know what other people were expecting on the boat cruise they served alcohol they served snacks they played dance music and you get to look out at the beautiful water and landscape what more do you want. So for its price compared to the other places around it was a great guesthouse good value for money. If you a nitpicking snob then perhaps this place isn't for you. I was on the fence based on the bad reviews of this place but honestly i was not dissapointed.

Paid a fortune for this dismal hotel. Do not stay here. It is not luxurious or romantic. IT IS VERY BUDGET. There is no way it can be 4 * .
It is cheap - no wifi/ old worn bath inside bedroom/ dirty carpets/ no mattress protectors/ cheap food. YUK YUK

My husband and i had a wonderful time. Very romantic. Great place to relax with fantastic views and a amazing jacuzzi spa bath. The massages were just what we needed to get rid of all the stress.The staff was very helpful and very friendly. And the food was to die for!!! Amazing Experience!!!
