  Red flag warning. Be careful. Be VERY careful!!!!. I do not recommend them. They are refusing to refund R15 000 paid cash for a wedding dress never received. My daughter's dress, ordered 9 months before the wedding. Wrong dress twice 3 weeks before the wedding. Had to buy an emergency 2nd hand dress, a week before the wedding. Eurobride have RUINED my daughter's wedding day, what was suppose to be the most memorable day of her life.

  After much anxiety about when my dress would arrive, and when my fitting would be, and and, I got online & saw all these reviews about Bobbi. So I decided to call Bobbi :) Excellent excellent service from Bobbi. She gave me answers swiftly & was genuinely helpful :)

  If I could give a zero star rating I would. Exceptionally rude receptionist today. An attitude issue a person who cannot articulate herself or conduct herself professionally. Shocking service. Not a reflection on the dresses. Staffing correctly is important especially in such an industry that is supposed to be personable.

  i purchased my dress at Euro Bride, all the staff was very kind, my consultant Natika was most kind hearted lovely friendly human being, she made me feel at home and very confortable, the dress she picked for me, was definetly the most beautiful dress i've ever seen, my wedding will be very soon and im very excited and ancious to wear it. im so happy, thank you Euro Bride, thank you to the best Natika ♡♡

  Just to warn ladies who deposit a token amount. Do not expect your money to be refunded to you. I received an email 2 months after i requested for a refund. I was assured that my money will be refunded by Nikita, the consultant helping me. So dissapointed!! Why do they give you wrong information in the first place!
