Please don’t go here! The salesman did not even look like he considered trying to render good service!!!
    I shall never return!

Sorry Hyundai you had one shot and you utterly blew it. (Very few businesses conduct such poor service in 2017)

I bought a Mahindra Scorpion 2.5. They said it is a 2011 model but actually it is a 2010 model. I bought it on the 20th of April 2017. Now people don't misunderstanding me, the Mahindra is a wonderful vehicle, but not when you do business with Pierre or Tommy of Hyundai Midrand. They make promises, but they can't deliver, for instance they paying people to do a 125 point test (Dekra Midrand) and I can prove that to you. The shackle rubbers is finished, the wiper blades is hard, the wheel beerings is loose and there is a vibration on the vehicle due to the mountings. We didn't even drove the vehicle it is standing at my home and all faults were shown out by Dekra in Bloemfontein. Even Mahindra Bloemfontein check the vehicle and give a quotation of R26 000 for all the problems. Now they are telling me they are only going to pay the shackle rubbers and the mountings, because that was the only problems pointed by Dekra, but they insisted me to take the vehicle to Mahindra Bloemfontein. I don't understand how Dekra Midrand can put a vehicle like this through the test and how many vehicles are going through the test like this. The only thing this car dealers can do is to rip you off ,to make an extra buck. The after sales is the badest experience I had in my whole life. The problem here is the people they are catching out by selling this kind of vehicles is people that don't have the knowledge of vehicles, especially the mechanical side. Think twice if you want to do business with this kind of dealers that don't want to pay for after sales service!!! Sir

Which part don't you understand what I had said to you about the insurance, only my mother and father are allowed to drive that vehicle and I am not going to register an extra person.

Your people brought that vehicle from your showroom to Bloemfontein (400 km's) and they didn't even realize there is so much faults on the vehicle had so much faults.
They couldn't even hear the noice that came through the windscreen.  My father fixed it and he wants his money back.  He also had a complete report, as well as photo's of the windscreen problems taken by the Windscreen dealer.

And please answer me this question, your business did a 125 point check on the vehicle.  The windscreen, the shackle rubbers, gearbox mountings, the snorkel and the wheel beerings that is faulty and other problems.  Now you want to say that my father influence Dekra to show out more faults to make the vehicle better, but it seems for me that you pay the guy from Dekra to put the vehicle through the test. You knew the shackle rubbers, the gearbox mounting and the wheel beerings was a problem, but you still put on a sticker for a 125 point check.

I saw on your website this is a modus operandi to take money from people and supply them with faulty vehicles. Now sir, if you have to go through a court, even if I have to go through a lawyer and take this matter to court, it seems like you are used to even influence the ombudsman with corruption or false information.

You want to put another 800 km's on the vehicle to repair only certain faults, but you wanted me to pay per kilometre (for the 3 month period I had the vehicle that were standing most of the time), if I cancel the deal as well as R25 000 less from the price I bought it for (when the deal is cancelled).  So who are going to be responsible for the 800 km's as well as maintenance cost. And now you only want to repair 3 faults.  We were complaining since we bought the vehicle from your dealership.

According to my advocate it is fraud to use 125 point check stickers on vehicles, without proper inspection and faults mentioned. It is unbelievable your people drove 400 km's without even recognising any faults or noises on the vehicle???

I've decided not only to visit my lawyer, but take all reports and 125 point checks to the media too. My advocate also advised me to take the vehicle to the AA, with all reports and bring the media in to how your dealership is doing things.

    Your unhappy client

We purchased a second hand vehicle (Chev Spark) from them in May 2017.
The sales service was excellent. The after sales service absolutely pathetic.
Not long after taking delivery, we needed to put the spare on as we had a puncture in one of the wheels. To our horror, the spare was absolutely smooth and could not be used. When we inspected the car prior to purchase, the spare in the boot was in excellent condition, looked new. In fairness, they arranged a new tyre at their cost with no qualms.
In June, the car would not start and needed a new battery which we paid for.
When we called in to the premises to have the tyre replaced, we mentioned that the breaks were noisy. As the car was going in for a service at a Chev dealer a couple of days later, it was agreed that we would have the breaks checked during the service and if there was any expense we would be refunded. The break pads had to be replaced and the discs skimmed, a cost of R3119. We submitted the invoice to them on 12/07 and following much communication with them, we were offered R2000, not the per the original agreement. Eventually we had to follow the legal route and eventually got the full refund on 09/09.
The wiper blades also required replacement during the service which is a further indication that the 100 plus point pre-delivery check was not carried out correctly.
We will not deal with them going forward.

    Shocking and disgusting service.
Went there in December to get a trade in value and quote to purchase a new vehicle. To this day (3 months later), have heard nothing from them. Showroom was disgustingly dirty, full of flies, Manager sitting in his cubicle on his cell phone, saleslady no knowledge of specs of Tuscon, everyone seemed pre-occupied with their cell phones and personal lives. I bought my new Tuscon from Hyundai Zambezi the following day and received excellent service from Henry Harber. Thank you Henry. Midrand, you really ought to up your game.

    Where to start
Lied to for about three weeks that they had all the car gear

Was told by salesman he had log book, jack and aerial? And owner manual
I had to phone fornthree weeks every day to get it . Fornsome reason he kept lying that he had the items and would bring it same day.
    Never happened repeatedly.

Theu brought aerial. Didbnot fit was for other car.

Eventually they brought jack, but withoit then jack parts to turn it up and dow.

Eventually they mad a log book which was unsigned nor stamped.

When i complained to the senior manager he mad suchba onviously fake song and dance.

Dont trust these guys at all.

    Shoddy.

    Autmatic gearbox had issues.

    You have been warned
