Phoned to make an appointment for a service at 8:15 a.m. and get told phone back at 9:00 a.m. but the place says that it's operating hours are from 8:00 a.m. onwards. Sorry, but that's pathetic. This is the second time I've tried to deal with these people and have felt that the response received from them typifies what passes for so called "service" from most companies in SA.

The service is fine but in terms of location I think the building could do some redesign to take advantage of its premium location.

Their service is ok, made a mistake on my car so I had to bring it back. You have to drop your car off first thing in the morning but it's several hours before they start on it. Shuttle service only operates in the morning so you have to organise your own lift back.

Like most dealers they charge inflated prices for items not covered in a service plan (light bulbs, wiper blades, etc). Also, couldn't even be bothered to wash the car after the service.

This is the third time I've serviced my car here and it isn't even the nearest branch to me. I have a Kia branch around the corner from my home and I still come to this one instead. They are the best. Their service is fast, professional and faultless, I take my car in at 7.30 and collect by 1pm. When I had a warranty issue I took my car to another branch without success; Kia Sandton were the ones to finally identify the fault and they repaired it without hassle. Abu is calm, professional and polite even under pressure. Dianna is courteous, friendly and professional beyond words. I would recommend this branch to any Kia owner.
