I received the best service ever, since I am in Eastern Cape I was a bit skeptical purchasing online. But I received the cartridge, but I had a bit of complications with my printer and cartridge, but the staff was more than willing to exchange, they even sent through courier another cartridge even before I sent the one I was returning back to them. The prices are affordable and the sales person was friendly.

If I could give minus five (- 5) stars I would. Worst customer experience of my life, the staff were arrogant, unhelpful and rude. Poorly stocked shop, half asleep and tunnel-minded staff; who accused me of lying. Safe to say that I will definitely never return here, nor will I recommend this place to anyone.
