  Worst experience ever. First no promised call back.followed by a not answered phone call at a previously fixed time.followed by no proper treatment plan

  I phoned for an appointment with Dr Izolde Heydenrych. The young girl gleefully took down my particulars and contact numbers, assuming (without asking) if I'm seeing the doctor for botox injections. Which I denied, stating that I have a little mole on my neck I need looking at. To which the young girl replied she'll need to "confirm if she can in fact make the booking". And she never came back to me.
  
  So the only conclusion I came to was that Dr Heydenrych is a dermatologist who only does botox, nothing else. That, despite the fact that on their website Dr Heydenrych claims to have a "special interest" in mole mapping and skin cancer. Not a good first impression this girl made, and her highly intelligent, accomplished boss should have her fired.
