In CapeTown, if a business says they will phone you back, you can almost be 100% sure it won't happen.but Cape Doctors are the exception, they actually phone you back.
After hours, on the way to the doctor and the owners actually called to say the doctor is on his way, 10 minutes out.

The doctor took 5 mins before deciding what was wrong with me, no pain relief was provided despite the fact that I was clearly in excruciating pain. I can forgive a mistaken diagnosis if she had taken time to find out all available information and explore different options but she was brief and disinterested. This wrong diagnosis meant my condition worsened and I ended up in extensive care for several days
