  I have been going to the doctor in Parklands for a very long time. I find their services professional and efficient. Dr. Prentzler goes the extra mile for all his patients.

  Dr. Glendale Prentzler has been my doctor for +-7years now and I can honestly say that I have never been unhappy about their service.
  Never once have I been uncomfortable. They make a point of making you feel welcome and at ease.
  And now that I am fully comfortable with my doc (I am an exceptionally shy person), Dr Prentzler always has a joke to crack that makes me smile or laugh without fail.
  AND now they have a dentyl hygienist at their rooms too.

  Dr Prentzler is a very good doctor and going there since 2011. Dr Prentzler treats his patients VERY well. They are very helpfull and friendly.I have never experienced any negativity from the practice. I would highly recommend Dr Prentzler as a GP. I live in Melkbos and takes the effort to see him in Parklands. I work very long hours and they always makes a plan to accommodate me to see the doctor when needed.

  The doc completely misdiagnosed me, because his preconceived ideas of what was wrong instead of actually trying to help me, and listening to what my problem was. I saw another doctor, and they were able to diagnose my problem immediately.

  I am new in Cape Town and needed to see a doc with regards to the spots I have on my legs that are changing form and am worried about melanoma. i saw the lady doc and she look at my legs from a distance that can show her absolutely nothing, now I need to look for a a more interested and informed doctor, not very friendly and she asked the accounts lady to make a booking for another reason at another doctor, she was extremely rude, I will never go back not even for a cold

  Receptionist was very rude and unwelcoming, had no idea whatsoever and was not willing to get assistance from someone who doeswill not be going there ever

  Very reasonable price and nice doctor but missed TB meningitis diagnosis which should have been picked up.
