Everytime im there the reception ladies are so shockingly rude and unhelpful. Doctors are fabulous though. Probably best in the country, however have avoided this place like the plague due to the rude overentitled reception ladies with no knowledge of procedures they even offer!

Very professional and excellent results plus after care. Exceeded my expectations. Alsorecommended to a friend for facial scar revision after car accident and she had same experience with outstanding results. Will recommend with absolutely no reservations.

Won't recommend this place to anyone. Very rude receptionist ladies and very uninformed about latest products on the market. After I have told them about a certain procedure they said they have never heard of it before (which is done in most clinics everywhere in South Africa). Phoned again to find out about a certain type of product (my therapist ran out and could only get in 3 days again) so I phoned them and they responded they haven't had stock for months and they will only be getting in a few months! Lady that does the hair removal burnt my legs badly (I have large brown marks on my legs for about 2 years now). Friends who have been in contact with them also experienced very bad service from the receptionist ladies.
