Was meeting a couple of friends there at a quick bite to eat at knives and then move over to the pool bar where a wall sit up free pool table makes perfect place to meet some of the KLM air hostess. Local meets air hostess perfect combination good service wonderful venue. Planing to go there again

A very stylish hotel, nice rooms, nice staff. Shuttle from Airport was charged (530 Rand) and concierge was not able to recommend good seafood restaurants.

Last night, which was 14 February 2018 my husband and I went to the hotel to have supper because we thought we had a booking. My husband made this booking on the 10 February 2018 with someone from the hotel via telephone. When we got there, our names where not on the list. This was very ,very disappointing as my husband and I was quite excited to be having supper there, only to be disappointed. This would have been our first visit to the hotel and this was the kind of service we got. We were treated as if we made this up," we couldn't have made a booking " , was what the lady said that checked to see if our names was on the list. We showed her our call list on our phone to show when and what time we called but this was still not good enough. Thank you very much to your staff for spoiling what should have been a romantic night for us.

This is a very beautiful hotel. I did photography for an event that was held here. All the staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The food was great! They have a very nice top cocktail area with a swimming pool. Everything is always clean and organized! Will go back anytime!

Not going with the usual 'awesome place' review so here it is:
The Marriott Hotel is absolutely fantastic, however there are some things you need to know. First of all, the restaurant can be considered as 'upper-class' it has a soft elegant feel to it and the staff there do their utmost to give you the best service in cape town. So that being said, avoid the place if you are in flip flops or just got back from the beach. The place is quite and perfect for either romantic dinners and/or business meetings.

Nice hotel with innovative rooms, breakfast great and good bar. Century City location not really recommended for tourists unless you have your own transport as 20 minutes drive from Cape Town and the V&A. Perfect for business travelers.

Always stuffing my face at this hotel. This has to be my best restaurant to visit. Also amazing hotel I would definitely recommend tourist or locals to enjoy a stay here.

Spent 3 nights, good hotel, close to a large mall (walking distance, secure), room nice, good breakfast, facilities, restaurant, bars, practical, no need to go outside. had a one day event with a meeting room, good service. had a good package price, did find a solution for my express laundry.

Very nice hotel also the room had a wonderful view on Table Mountain. Rich breakfast and very efficient waiters. I can't say the same for the bar that was definitely disappointing, I would have expected a sky bar with a view of Table Mountain and a cocktail card at a Marriott.

The atmosphere is amazing and comfortable, the service is of pure excellence. Everything is neat and clean. Our waiter Zola on our "Date Night" was on point and i would enjoy another evening there or anytime for that matter I have had the pleasure of spending an evening there and it was phenomenal loved it

The Bad:
My breakfast on both days came without the chips. Staff seemed to not all be clued up on the hotels policies which they blamed on the change of ownership.

The Good:
The service at this hotel was beyond amazing.
I order Room Service for a particular time and the staff was so prompt I was shocked. I loved the shower and the cleanliness of the hotel.
The views were amazing and the food was great.

I've only eaten here, not stayed as a guest. The food and the restaurant is really good. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I've eaten here several times and every meal I've had has been great. The prices are a little high, but that is to be expected from this calibre of restaurant.

I rarely give 5 stars but this hotel earned it. Very nice staff, beautiful views, nice room service and interesting amenities. Of course there were a few hitches but very minor, sorted fast enough.
It was definitely an amazing experience and the canal walk mall is right by it. Yes I do recommended it.

Loved the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. We travelled with our twin daughters and they gave us a microwave to heat baby food. We've stayed in various Marriott hotels around the world and Crystal Valleys is the best so far. Keep up the good work

Best for Spa day experience with the girls. There not many spas you can spend the day, unwind, have food and drinks served at the pool. Great service, good variety of treatments and they also have a good loyalty program for regulars

At this hotel you will have the most beautiful view of Cape Town.
It's private and classy.
The services are wonderful
The room quality is hard to forget.
You get a view if the canal walk. A beautiful water body next to a mall.
It's in the heart of century city.
In close vicinity of excellent restaurants.

Amazing! 5* had the best massage and pedicure at the spa. Food is great! And service more than the best. I wish I could do it every day.
