Pathetic! We phoned to book a couples massage and had been told that our booking was confirmed.
We received a call 20 minutes later being told that our entertainer voucher would not be accepted and that the Spa was full.
The exscuse was that the new owner had rejected the vouchers since taking over the business.response / report this review -

New hotel customer service defiantly 5 stars but the finishing touches in the building not really 5 star as they claim they 5 star hotel. A spar option is available you can find some great deals on Wikideals (almost like group on) for spar deals.

Great hotel. The Staff is amazing! very kind and helpfull. The Room 4 is way to small in compare with the other ones, im 1 meter and 83 cm and my feets didt fit in the bed. The internet connection very slow. Food great, the breakfast is amazing very good. very well placed, close to everything.

Very quaint. Perfect for honeymoon. Easy walk to V&A waterfront, shopping centers, restaurants and car hire.
