Easy access and walking distance to city centre, yoga studio and small shopping mall for quick stop to get food. Spar offers great fresh food selection with healthy food options. Great restaurant with atm in lobby. Secure with lap pool and gym.

Don't be fooled by the outside appearance, this hotel is top class and great value for money.
Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms with fully equipped kitchens (used a 2 bedroomed apartment). Only downside is all the basins and tubs have had their stoppers removed in a bid to help the city save water. So expect to use only the shower in all rooms

Welcoming staff in the foyer are shoved up their own arses far enough to forget that they're in the hospitality industry. Unhelpful and just nonchalant about everything. The actual apartment itself was good apart from one or two cracks and a shower that had water gushing out onto the floor. Lovely views and good location

Lovely place but service could have been better. The rooms are fantastic and with a stunning view. Breakfast was good and the Kaapse Story Theatre was incredible.

Nice Hotel in the Greenpoint area of Cape Town. We stayed in appartments, wich were very comfortable and quite spacey. Everu appartment has its own kitchen, so you cann choose wetjer to.go.out for dinner or to stay in your appartment. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Had 2 guests from Europe booked in here and would say ok but rather impersonal and in that sad 1980ies style. Staff with sad faces created kind of a sad atmosphere as well. Too expensive for what it offers, maybe has seen better days.

Clean beautiful large rooms, good restaurants. Few minute drive to waterfront, also accessible in foot. Wifi is unreliable though.

Average place to stay but in the Cape Town context probably good choice. During our stay, the water mains broke. The staff informed us but there was no other effort, like providing us with bottled water.

It's In the City and near the Waterfront
There's a lovely view of The Table mountain and some of the Staff are friendly, the Cleaning service could improve.
But Other wise it's a lovely place

An over all good stay in September 2016. However when it came to accommodating our requests they were very unhelpful. Myself and 5 other runners stayed here for the Cape Town marathon. We requested a late check out as after the race we wanted to shower before going back to Johannesburg. We got a resounding NO! Myself and 6 other runners then cancelled our 2 oceans accomdation as this place cannot cater for runners. Not a good move as there are many awesome races in the Cape!
