As pawnbrokers they are most efficient. One can borrow money against valuables, but as another reviewer has said, they seem to use an online mechanism to buy things in at the lowest possible price and then mark it up to a point where it really isn't viable to buy it. Unfortunately their in-house brands are rubbish. It is a very sad situation, because the people who buy their in house brands are usually the people who deserve to benefit from viable second hand prices rather than the over priced new Chinese rubbish on sale. Having said that, one can sometimes find an item marked at a reasonable price for it's second hand condition, once in two years perhaps.

Regardless of what they purchase "in" at, this store sells on at just below retail. I found tools (Grinders) in bad condition, but just under the price of a new one , Leatherman's the same. It seems to be the direction that all the Cash Crusaders are goingthey Google the price of the item online, make a low low offer, then mark it up to just under the price they read online. It seems that Cash Crusaders are less and less interested in acting like a proper Pawn shop (where you can find the item you might need at a decent price) and more and more they are pushing their own in-house brands. They need to make up their mindare they pawn brokers, or are they a retailer.
