Cody at the McKinley Zolman's Tire is a rock star in customer service. We bought a set of Firestone Tires today and got a free electrical and alignment check. Cody pointed out a couple of issues that will need attention and let us know to check back because they offer rebates periodically on those parts we need fixed.

Giving it a 1 star because I can't leave a negative 5 star. They wanted to charge over 750 dollars for calipers, brake pads, and rotors. Was told we could buy the parts ourselves and labor would only be 160 dollars. I have a 2010 Kia Soul and there is NO WAY those parts are priced as such. And whoever Matt is that is working on my car, bad attitude problem! Never coming here again.

Our driver woke up to dead batteries and the truck wouldnt start while we were under a hot load. Zolman's made it out to our drive in about 15 minutes and had him going within the hour. Very friendly staff and an excellent price to go out and service a truck. We would be back without hesitation. Thanks

I stopped in to have a tire repaired but also priced out a new set of tires with the winter coming in. They repaired my flat tire on the spot at no charge and will have the tires that I special ordered the next day. Have done business with zolmans for many years and have always been exceptionally pleased with their service

I took my truck in for an alignment and when they came out they quoted me nearly $1500 in work that they needed to do before they would do the alignment, including $800 for 4 new shocks. I decided to go to my normal mechanic and he agreed with one new wheel bearing needing to be done, but all 4 shocks were 100% fine and did not need replaced. They must use that as an upsell because while.in the waiting room I heard them tell several people they needed new shocks. I'll never go there again.

Bought four DriveGuard run flats. After 10,000 miles three were shot due to bad alignment. Had one replaced four months prior didn't mention a thing about poor alignment and had tires rotated at 5,000 per Zolman's advice-again no mention of poor alignment. Would not honor hazard insurance on tires. Offered me three tires at cost plus additional insurance hazard $581. Original install for tires $989. Three mechanics told me it was a botched wheel alignment. Blamed me for not getting a yearly wheel alignment. Filing a lawsuit.

My experience here was amazing. Cody went above expectations to help me with my SUV. He answered all my questions, and even showed me exactly what they were doing before they did it. Anytime there was a problem, he found the solution for me. I left there feeling great, and have no doubts about going here again for any car maintenence. 5 stars all the way :)

Check your tire pressure before you leave. For some reason they like to fill the tires to 45 psi. Could result in a blow out given hot enough conditions. I bought tires from them and had them fixed shortly after.
