I had a wonderful experience with Ziebart. I purchased a remote car starter for my Husband as a Christmas gift and Toby was able walk me through the whole process over the phone. I had done my research and knew that Ziebart had the best products and guaranteed their work. Their customer service was wonderful and I would use them again in the future.

I went to Ziebart today for the first time to get a remote starter installed for my car. Shane Bennett helped me through everything, and I must say it was some of the best costumer service ive ever experienced. They make you feel like they've known you forever and they let you know exactly what your paying for. No hidden fees you find out later like some places I've heard and experienced in the past. I highly highly recommend this place for any service! They are awesome! Ask for Shane Bennett he's the man! They have a life time costumer in me now.

This place genuinely cares about your experience. They get you what you need in an efficient and high quality manner. The employees I encountered were all upstanding and friendly. Integrity is clearly a key element in their business model. Today was my first time at a Ziebart, but I plan on returning for any future detailing concerns.

Had my remote car starter installed and I was helped by Shane who was awesome! Service was quick and efficient! Shane went through all the details needed for the install! The shuttle service they offer was great especially with having my daughter with me during it! Thanks for the great service!!

5 stars across the board. Pete and the crew at Ziebart provided excellent customer service. They were willing to work with me and what I could afford, and ended up giving me a deal I absolutely could not refuse. My car looks great too now and it's nice knowing that I should be pretty rust free while I have that car. I would recommend Ziebart to anybody. Thank you again!

I purchased two Groupon vouchers for remote starters for mine and my wife's vehicles. Got mine installed yesterday, they were quick to get me checked in and are very good on customer service. Greeted right as you walk in, courteous and professional staff. They did lose the appointment I had made in their system but still got my car done that day. Happy with the experience, hoping there's no problem with the remote starter this winter!

Much better service this time around on my second annual maintenance. This time my car was ready when they said it would be and they did a better job with the post wash. Chris was great to work with and helped this experience to be better than the last. Shane was also pleasant when I picked up my car.

Had the best experience with Eric @ Ziebart Henrietta!! Man, does he know what he's doing!! First off, I called in to get pricing to see what it would cost to put quite a bit into my brand new F-150 - he was so professional from the start. Not only did he give me pricing with no hassle, but he went above and beyond and called back a couple days later to let me know of some specials that were going on - sold! I booked my appointment that day and felt like a kid in a candy store!! I've since had all the work done and all I can say is.AWESOMESAUCE!! I am so happy with the remote start, floor mats, bed liner and bed cover, I upgraded from the four things I originally came in for - Eric gave me an awesome deal on their platinum package with undercoating and all the bells and whistles that come with the package!! These guys are the real deal man, and the only place I'd give my money to and trust them with my new baby or any vehicle I own for that fact!! Thank you so much Eric, keep up the good work - and tell that boss of yours to give you a raise!!!

I had a great experience with Zeibart. I came in to get my truck fully wrapped in the paint protection film. It came out amazing and Pete assisted me and was even more amazing. He was very informative, answered any and every question I had and made sure I had transportation until they completed the job. He treated my vehicle as if it were his own. The whole Ziebart staff was wonderful. I would highly recommend Ziebart to anyone!! 👍🏼👍🏼

I am a 1st timer with getting my windows tinted on my new car. I went to the Ziebart in Henrietta, NY on West Henrietta Rd. Shout out to Shane Bennett and the crew who made my experience as a 1st timer very VERY simple, easy, comforting, and just a spectacular experience all around. I would definitely 100% recommend this Ziebart in Henrietta, NY to all of my family and friends.

I will definitely be going again in the future!

Thanks to Shane, the experience was great, and the job that he did on my car windows has exceeded my expectations. And, their prices were very reasonable, the lowest in Rochester, NY. If you can find a cheaper deal for a Window tint from another company, then Ziebart will match it

Had my 2016 Honda Accord under coated approximately a year ago. Their customer service was great, no complaints there. They're friendly and provide their customers with a comfortable environment. What was disappointing was the job they did. Very messy and unprofessional. There was overspray ever where. They don't bother to cover up the rims, although I specifically requested them to. Second of all, they don't take the time to spray everything. After taking it to a local shop and putting it on a lift, I noticed many spots that were not under coated. The amount of money they charge isn't not worth it for the job that they do.

Gave a groupon as a gift - for interior & exterior detailing with antibacterial upholstery steam cleaning.
Rain X treatment for tires and more.
Glad it wasn't my car.
There were still spots on the seat. Center console dirty. Driver side tires were dirty- wheel wells still had a lot of dirt. Like it wasn't even touched.
I hope the one I take my car to does a better job.
I will look it over before I even start the car.

Once again, Ziebart showed me why they are the best! I came in because my Remote start wasn't functioning correctly. Pete and Shane treated me like I was family! Took care of my issue and got me out of there quick so I could still enjoy the rest of the day. And with the weather going back down from 60 to 20, I am So so appreciative. These guys deserve some serious recognition, thank you for all you do!
