The staff are friendly and know their products. I had an appointment and was told that I would be out by 3 o'clock. I was in my car at 258. I have had an alignment done on my car at two different shops one of them was the dealership where I bought the car new and was not happy with the quality of either of them. After having new tires installed and a four wheel alignment at Zellers I was extremely happy to find that the alignment was absolutely perfect. I recommend calling and making an appointment as they are busy for a very good reason, they are the best at what they do!

Always nice to deal with. They were swamped today and they still did an excellent job and got my flat fixed tonight. The last time I was there for a flat, I was talking my daughter to the hospital with a concern following major surgery, they rushed me to the front of the line and somehow we were still on time for her appointment. Thanks guys! You rock! I’ll never buy tires anywhere else!

There is no way to give zero stars, but I wish. I already bought 2 set of 4 tires ( A Subaru and an Audi) for my previous cars from this shop, so I'm not new to the place, and I had to take my Subaru back twice, because the alignment was not set, even though I paid for it. So basically, I spent over $1000 at this shop already in the past 3 years.
This time I only took one wheel with me, because it had a crack on it, from a different vehicle. The person behind the counter thinks he is a mind-reader. Tried to by 1 tire and ask him if he has a brand, that they always carry, in case I need all 4 replaced, instead he cuts me off in mid sentence and tells me "We don't sell used tires". Nevermind the fact, I had to remind him to get my phone number and name at least, so he knows who owns that 1 wheel they are changing for $130. They also appear to be just tired working there and every customers just another pain in their lives. I think, I'm done with this shop, I'll be searching for a better service in the near vicinity.response / report this review -

Bought a set of tires there a few weeks ago. Got the car back and it had a significant new vibration at highway speeds. Brought it back to have the tires balanced again, and it did not solve the problem, so I took the car to the dealer for a thorough inspection of drive train components, and inspection revealed that one of the new tires had excessive run out, which was the likely culprit, since all mechanical components checked out. Brought the car back after the dealer inspected it, and the tires were replaced within the hour with new tires, and the issue was gone. I've bought several sets of tires here for my cars and my wife's cars, and will continue to do so in the future. Not Zeller's fault that a bad tire snuck past the manufacturers quality control, it happens, I am very pleased with the resolution.

Highly recommend. While Town Fair Tire is just down the road, go to Zeller instead. Much better service and just as good prices. In addition, they do a variety of services, not just tires. I have used them a number of times and found them to be very trustworthy. They go the extra mileand so will your car if you go here.

Three trailers, three trucks, Two cars, commercial tractor, mower and other wheeled equipment, there are only two shops I trust to do the right thing, time and time again and Zeller tire is one of the two, the other being Halls garage, both company's are faimly run, community based, honest, freindly, responsible compassionate and fair. I can say no such thing to any other shop, or business in general.
