The Utecht family business does it right! Torrington Toyota once again has surpassed all of my expectations. My father and I have both purchased multiple new cars in the past eight (8) years doing business with Torrington Toyota. This past Saturday November 11, 2017, during and leading up to purchasing my new 2018 Toyota Highlander, My one and only sales rep Tee Hamzy, made my experience as effortless as possible. Bought my vehicle from them a few years ago and it was one of my best experiences buying a car. I was never really fond of their service dept until recently. I bought my first car (2014 Toyota Prius) from the used car lot at Torrington Toyota. Tyler and Danny were very nice and helpful; I never felt pressured and Tyler let me test drive 7 different cars until I found the right one. I had the car certified and so far so good! Would come here again if I needed another car.

Our experience with Torrington Toyota has been fabulous since the start. Tee is a great salesman. He's very low pressure, with no haggling and great pricing, and he steered us to the best edition vehicle for our needs. Every service visit has been overwhelmingly positive. They go above and beyond, paying attention to little things that may need attention. They are always on time with their appointments - both taking us in and having the vehicle ready when promised. While our services so far have been routine maintenance, we have no doubt that their commitment will be the same when the time comes for repairs. Hats off to Vance and the team! Thank you.

Randy has been very good service to me and very helpful. He has always been very patient when I don't get what he was saying. I bought a new Camry from Toyota and was very satisfied. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. Service was very good and very helpful. I hope that they will still provide excellent service in the future. Toyota is a very good car company.

Great people, great experience. The staff are welcoming and very easy going. The car model I wanted was not in stock and they located one quickly and sent someone to pick it up next day. Have to applaud Larry V and his excellent help on our deciding on and buying a new Camry. Despite arriving at the dealer after 5 pm - we were able to test drive 2 cars. Well after the usual closing time of 7 pm Larry worked with us to make sure we could drive it home that night. Great new car sales service and years of great maintenance service will keep us going back to Torrington Toyota for years!!!
