Working with Zach and Steve was a very easy and helpful experience without any pressure sales. Zach understood exactly the options I was looking for and quickly put together two different car leases for me to compare. The car I wanted was delivered the day after we made the deal and they had all the paperwork and registration done by the end of that day.

I brought my perfectly running truck in for a simple oil change, wheels balanced and rotated and reported that my wiper fluid pump needed to be replaced. I left the truck there on Friday 11/3. Got a call back Monday 11/6 saying the truck was all set. When I checked the truck my wiper blades and housing were bent up off the windshield, tires were not balanced or rotated and had low air pressure. When I tried to reverse out of my parking spot the truck stopped abruptly as if I hit something. No one could tell me what happened to my truck. I had the service manager come look at it and he confirmed the bent blade, non balanced tires with low air and the now immobile truck. Needless to say today is Thursday 11/9 and still don’t have my truck back. Oh and btw, they’re trying to charge me for the repairs they claim is wear and tear due to rust. My truck barely has any rust. They said my brakes locked-up onto the rotors. Can’t trust a word these guys say. * DO NOT TRUST THEM TO SEVICE YOUR VEHICLE*
Edited 11/15/17: I’m amending this review and increasing my rating to 3 stars as the dealership tried to work with me after my initial concerns. The rotors were rusty and they ended up discounting the total price of the repairs. The workers were nice about the whole thing and tried to remedy the other areas in which they were deficient. It will take some time for me to trust them again but they are working toward that goal.response / report this review -

This was our second time within the past year purchasing a vehicle from NW Hills. Our consultant, Jack Olson, was superb. We specifically went to Jack with our second purchase because we were so impressed with him with our first purchase. He wasn't pushy and his customer service skills are excellent. When it's time to get another vehicle we will be going to Jack. We are 30 year Ford Truck people and Jack just might talk us into buying a Chevy Pickup.

Pleasant interactions from the web, first contact by phone, easily answered specific questions on a used vehicle, quick introduction to the salesperson, no 'rush' to close. No 'hard sell' at the table as we closed the sale - even though other services were offered. Even after the sale the whole staff (sales, business team, and maintenance techs) were eager to answer additional questions as I needed to add a couple features not on the original vehicle.

William D. and everyone that helped me were honest fair, and made my buying a dream come true, been to 13+ other dealers and several local banks, they would not work with me, but the crew at northwest hills jeep and Chrysler were the best!! need a great deal and a super jeep stop by and buy. you woun't forget it.

I have purchased a large number of vehicles through the years. Northwest hills has blown any other experience I have had this far. The entire team has been the absolute best to deal with. Our salesman Bill Reudgen is the Mack Daddy of salesmen of all times thank you Northwest Hills for a smooth car buying experience

BEST car-buying experience ever! They could not have been nicer, or more sincere. No pressure, just good information, good choices and a great price.
Jeremy helped us get the perfect Jeep Cherokee for us!
Jeff (finance) was super organized, efficient and there were no hassles, at all.

Brent Roberts and Steve the sales manager were good to work with as we were purchasing our used Jeep Compass. Everyone at Northwest was pleasant and professional and the service dept. is also great and very informative.
There was a bit of a paperwork snafu with our purchase, otherwise it would be a 5 star rating from me. No hesitation in recommending Northwest as a good car shopping experience.response / report this review -

We had a great experience working with Zach, Will, Steve, Neil, Jeff and Kevin at NW Hills. From the moment we walked in the door (5 minutes prior to close) we were made to feel comfortable and our expectations were exceeded. The gentlemen who helped us were courteous and communicated well with each other about our needs. We will definitely recommend this dealer to friends and family looking for a new or used vehicle.

This place is excellent. I was working with Bill and that man has A1 customer service. He was very professional with me and he made me feel welcome. He tried to show me the infiniti m45 features but he wasn't familiar with the car but I cannot knock him on that because he was honest about not knowing the car and I already knew it's features. He even let me test drive the car on the highway unlike the last dealer that only let me go literally around the block which IS NOT A TEST DRIVE. The dealer prices are more than fair. The car was clean and almost spotless inside. I did run Into an electrical problem which is most likely due to a blown fuse but he said he will make sure it gets fixed. Now that's what I call excellent customer service.
