Bought a 7K car from them. Told of a few concerns and was assured it is a "great" car. Asked Scott to check the clunk and "shimmy" in the front end. When I contacted him later to see the status, he told me it was fine and maybe needed to have tires balanced. Drove out of his lot and got on the highway home. Sent him a message that the shake was considerable. Brought the vehicle to my mechanic and it needs much more than a wheel balance. Had the car towed back to Litchfield and had my mechanic fax his findings. Scott had my car for 10 days and his "conclusion" was that he sold me a good car that may need some preventive maintenence "down the road" Asked him to be a stand up guy and take care of the issues that were blatantly wrong. Long story short, he traded the few hundred dollars it would have cost in parts for his reputation. Now I will be spending about 2K to fix a car I have driven for ONE day. Shame on me for not doing a better job having the vehicle checked out first, but really shame on him for not standing behind what he sells. I was taken, hope you are not

Great place for your repairs. Good honest people, very happy with all work done and at a fair price, this alone will keep me coming back.
Easy to work with, no hassels or problems.
I suggest everyone in surrounding area come here for all your automotive needs, simple oil changes to major work and CT Emissions testing, all top notch and professional! Considering a vehicle purchase in near future after having several great experiances with this company, its people and the work done.
