I was really impressed and very pleased with the customer service and professionalism displayed at Youmans Chevrolet in Macon GA. My salesman Dexter Whitby was the best. He never pressured me and was very patient, while I was deciding on the my purchase. When he didn't have the answers he didn't hesitate to seek help to get the answers. Way to go team Dexter and team Youman!

Awesome service, every time! The service is always good at Youmans. However, I would recommend that the young ladies working inside the office work on their customer service as I wasn't acknowledged with a greeting or a smile and I was the only one in the waiting room.

Dexter and Jason sold me the truck of my dreams!! These guys are absolutely amazing! They are extremely helpful and hard workers! I love my truck to death. First I had test drove it with Jason. He asked me if I wanted to drive another one. He looked at my face and was like.. I think you like this one. Let’s work the numbers. That’s exactly what I wanted and needed. They have the best customer service!!! That’s a true statement! Thanks again guys!!!!

Dexter Whitby is AMAZING!!! My husband and I came into the dealership looking for a reliable vehicle at a reasonable price so my husband could travel back and forth from his job, and Mr. Dexter delivered just that! He was very friendly and understood our situation and worked with us as much as he could. He really made us feel like we could trust him and that he wasn't just trying to sale us anything . I told all my family and friends about my wonderful experience at Youmans Chevrolet and recommended them for whenever their in need a nice reliable car. We love our new car !!! I had the wonderful pleasure of being helped by Dexter Whitby!! He was VERY informative and made the ENTIRE process of purchasing my first car Stress-free and easy.

I’m HUGE on customer service and he made me feel like a long time friend or family member.

I’d also like to mention Mr. Larry who has a beautiful spirit as well! I was VERY hesitant of Youmans but I’m glad I stuck to my gut and gave them a try.

Loved the service I received here buying my car! Only thing I can recommend for improvement is maybe speeding up the time for clean up lol. sales and service department are fantastic they even call you just to check up on you and let you know how appreciative they are. I would never go anywhere else and I highly recommend them. Jason is the bomb

I went looking for a car after my husband totaled my vehicle and Will was able to get me in the exact car I wanted with my payment right around what I wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied! There were 2 cracks in my windshield but they are having it replaced at no cost to me and the guy will come straight to me. They even fed me lunch! Overall, they are awesome. I've bought 2 other cars at another local dealership in Macon and never felt as at-home as I did here at Youmans. I come in and everyone knows and remembers me. Awesome folks!

My family and I went to Youman's Chevrolet in search of a second vehicle. First and foremost, the staff there are very attentive and treat you like family. Our salesman was Dexter Whitby (THE BEST SALESPERSON EVER) and he was AWESOME!!!! Mr. Whitby puts your needs and wants first! He was very attentive and listened to our concerns and questions. Our son loved him! We had a great time while we were there. It's very rare to go into a car dealership and not feel like you have to be prepared for those that just want your money and don't care what they sell you. If you've ever had this feeling (which I'm 98% sure we all have) then this is your place! Youman's has the best prices and Mr. Whitby will always have our family as returning customers!!!!!

Stopped by because engine light came on and I prefer to deal with the GM Services for major issues. But the feeling from the service department was far less than desirable. What went from me creating an appointment for service quickly turned into a "never will you get my business". I cant speak for the Sales but the Service department needs to step it up and improve customer service. If you are the type of person who likes to be informed on what is actually going on every step of the way during a repair, avoid this place. A quick drive up the street and all of my concerns were answered without any issue or attitude.

Horrible Service department is terrible! Dropped my car off Thursday afternoon for an oil change and A.C. service. I was told my car would be ready today at 5pm. I called at 5:28 and was told my car definitely won't be ready TODAY but it would be ready on Monday. They never offered me a loaner or cared that I would be without a car for 5 days. If I hadn't call them I wouldn't have known about the delay in my services! I asked for a manager and NONE of the cared! But they don't care they made their sale

My car buying experience was the best ever. I bought a 2017 Chevrolet Impala from Youmans Chevrolet in Macon, GA. Andy Mason was my sales associate and he is by far the best car salesman I've worked with. He was extremely professional, knowledge of the cars, and above all WASN'T PUSHY. He went above and beyond to ensure I received the best deal that fit my budget. If you are looking for a car from a dealership that truly values the customers needs then Youmans is the place and Andy Mason is THE MAN!!
