I recently bought my daughter a car from Butler Toyota for my daughter who is in college. I feel very comfortable with the deal that was made. Troy Stephens,Sr was my salesperson. He was very polite, friendly, funny, and personable. He made us feel very welcomed. This is the fourth car I bought from Butler. I have never been disappointed. I feel so much better knowing my daughter is driving safely while away from me.
Everyone at Butler Toyota was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable during my entire purchasing experience. I would highly recommend buying from Butler. From the moment I walked in I was taken great care of, my salesman, Tyler, was great while showing the cars and telling me about them and finding the perfect fit for what I wanted. The finance manager, Courtney was absolutely wonderful to work with and very helpful in making sure everything worked out to my needs. What a great car buying experience!
This dealership is fantastic! The sales team is professional and courteous. They make you feel welcome and warm and they make every effort to get you the best deal possible. This applies to Troy Stephens who made the impossible happen for us. This has been the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Thanks Butler Toyota!
We appreciate Wendy Hollis so much because she patiently walked us through every vehicle. She explained to us all the things we need to know in order to make a good decision. She's very kind and has a great sense of humor. She's very professional. In the end, we were able to find the Best Vehicle that fits our need and with a better price. We're very much satisfied! Thanks Butler Toyota. Thank you so much Wendy for a Job Well done!
I recently purchased my vehicle from Troy Stephens at Butler Toyota. This was the first car I purchased by myself and I was a little hesitant as I was not sure how my experience would be. Troy made sure that all of my needs were met, and was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I could not be more pleased with my new car or the service provided by Troy! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Ask for Troy Stephens Sr. if you can. He won't disappoint!
Patrick was an absolute pleasure to work with when it comes to buying a new vehicle. After telling him what I was looking for he showed me multiple options and it made me feel as though I was in charge. I got exactly what I wanted at a very fair price. I can truly recommend buying your next vehicle here.
I would have never looked for a guardian angel at a car dealership but that's what I thought of my experience with Troy Stephens. He was so nice, everyone was. Troy was not just interested in selling me a car he had my best interests at heart. I'll never forget him. Highly recommended. This is where I plan to get all my cars and my family members all agree.
I feel it’s agreed among many that purchasing a new vehicle is daunting, exhausting, and not an event to look forward to. To be honest, I have dealt with Butler Toyota many years ago and the experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. I walked out of the dealership with a promise to never look back. Well, I broke that promise when it came time for me to trade in my soon-to-be expired lease from another dealership. I was itching for a Toyota. I always knew Toyota is top-of-the-line class, but I was skeptical in doing business with the dealership. For those that are reading this, please continue on, for I say this with the utmost sincerity.
First and foremost, thank You Virginia! Thank you for your strong organizational and communication skills in this big decision of mine. You listened to my needs and I am very grateful for it.
On July 29, 2017, I walked into Butler Toyota in Macon and was fortunate to have been graced with Virginia Milliken’s presence as my sales professional. From the time we first shook hands to my signing a new contract; she exemplified a motivated individual with excellent work skills in a demanding and challenging work field. The process of choosing a vehicle that fits me best, paperwork, and financing were all done with ease and efficiency. May I say that was a first for me! I was also quite impressed of the knowledge Virginia held on Toyota’s vehicles. For once, I was able to sit back and get ecstatic in choosing my new ride. Because of Virginia, I had no worries. My legs didn’t shake from a nervous habit, but instead I sat comfortable with confidence. Being as professional as Virginia was, I had regained trust in Butler Toyota as a dealership and the company as a whole. Her professionalism, knowledge, courtesy and commitment to her customers are invaluable to Butler Toyota and every way required to be a successful elite sales professional.
It is now that I fully understand Butler’s motto; “better price, better selection, better go to Butler!
It feels good to be back in a Toyota!
Thank you Butler Toyota and most importantly, Thank You Virginia!
Troy, The Walker family wanted to express our gratitude for such an awesome buying experience. I actually enjoyed shopping and buying a car. It was done with such professionalism and ease that I truly had a great time. I felt as if we we're family having fun. All Sales Professionals should have the training and the wisdom to know the art of the deal. Again Troy thank you. I will send everyone I know who is seeking to purchase a car to come see you for a great buying experience
Top notch dealership with excellent customer service! Everyone was helpful and more than accommodating with the purchase of my Jeep Wrangler. Thanks Shane for getting me such a sporty call. Thanks Bob for getting me the right price. Great buying experience with absolutely no pressure. We will definitely use Butler Toyota for or next purchase!
On March 2, 2017 I called Toyota to schedule an appointment and upon doing so they confirmed with me my appointment time and email address. I arrived at the service department slightly before my appointment time and met with my service advisor. The morning started off great and I asked him if I should expect to be there a couple of hours and he agreed.
Almost two and a half hours into my visit, the service advisor did come out. All he could say was it’s complicated and we are running test. There was no explanation of what test were being ran or any other expected time frame given. At this time I believe he had communicated with my husband via telephone some details, but the service advisor never communicated to me my options in person.
After almost 4 hours of being at Toyota I had not even been given an update at all from the service advisor or anyone else. My expectation of great customer service is that even if there is no new information to give the Customer Service Advisor should be checking in with the customer at least hourly. At this point I still didn’t know anything about the status of my car except that test were being run. I confronted the service advisor about the situation and that is when things became unpleasant. He began stating that “Whatever I say to you isn’t going to make you happy” and just expressed a very unpleasant tone. I told him that I would not be paying for the test being ran and only wanted to pay for my oil change and I would leave with my car. He agreed to this. After I signed my receipt the service advisors words to me were “Best of luck to ya.” He also spoke to my husband on the phone again and stated that “Last year I saw 3,000 customers and made 2,900 of them happy.” I do not believe that this was very professional and also I worked in Customer Service…anything less than 100% satisfaction was not acceptable in our surveys.
I was told I would receive a customer service survey via email, I never received that. I do know that my email was previously on file because it was confirmed the morning I scheduled my appointment. I did speak with a previous employee however that stated if the Advisor knew it was a bad experience then the service advisor probably deleted my email from my profile and I would never receive the survey.
On my way home that afternoon I made an appointment with another Auto Shop in the Central Georgia area. The next day I took my car up there and within 45 minutes they ran their diagnostic test and asked me in depth questions like “Have you recently gotten gas”, “Was it a familiar station”….etc etc. Come to find out it was a gas issue that was causing all the lights to come on in my car. So in 45 minutes they had my probably figured out and told me they would need my car all day to fix the problem. They usually do not offer shuttle services, but they had one of their employees’ drive me home so I wouldn’t be in the shop all day. This in my opinion is an example of 100% customer satisfaction. On top of being timely and informative, they did all this with half of their team.
My Mother and Stepfather have been looking to purchase a vehicle for quite some time. We visited Butler Toyota and dealt with Troy Stephens, Sr. He was very professional and got us in and out. They purchased a 2016 Toyota Corolla with an affordable Monthly Payment. If you are in the Market to purchase a vehicle, visit Butler Toyota and ask for Troy Stephens. He will make sure that you ride away in style and that you are Completely Satisfied.
Best auto buying experience! Alex was our salesman and he was wonderful! A lot of times when searching for an auto, the salesman can be very pushy. Well not in this case. Alex was very professional, courteous, and efficient. All staff at Butler were great. I would recommend them to anyone.
Went to Virginia to buy my first car at 31 years old after years of living in the Northeast and not needing one! She walked me
Through every step of the process and negotiated to get me a great rate at my budget. She stayed calm during the whole process as well. She was recommended to us by Mr. Butler and we were very impressed!
