Friendly staff, clean room and bed was very comfortable. This is my second stay at this hotel. Breakfast is free with your stay, and they have a variety to choose from. Personally I would like to have scrambled eggs rather than the round flat with cheese, but it was not to bad.

Good hotel, it's clean, affordable and nice indoor pool. Only complaint I had was the bathroom door. It was a sliding one and kept getting stuck.

Mark the manager was so accommodating and so kind..The girl that runs the breakfast was as sweet as she could be. We were there for a week running from Hurricane Irma so we really got to know them.❤

Awesome stay. Other than the thin walls, it's pretty peaceful. The wifi went in and out on me just for a bit while on my laptop but it was fine. Staff is super duper friendly and down to earth. They even helped me upgrade my stay when I felt like I was being a pest about it. Rooms are clean, amenities cheap, and breafast is healthy and finished on time. Can't grt enough of these fluffy pillows! I recommend this beautiful hotel to any and everyone. Id take pictures if I didn't already invade this room.

For the price of $55 a night a good value. If you want 5 stars you need to pay more than $55 a night. Bed comfortable and staff accommodating. Bathroom well stocked with towels and soap. No tubs in roomonly showers. Breakfast a good value.

The hotel was great and lots of nice people working there. The parking was great as well. The hotel was surrounded by great places too eat. The beds were nice. The a/c was working well. They had a great breakfast. Best prices around considering what the prices of hotels are. Overall experience was very nice and satisfying.

I have never experienced or encountered the customer service, unprofessional-ism, or filth in a choice hotel property as I have with this one. My trip just so happened to be the weekend of the Macon Cherry Blossom festival. I normally stay next door at the Comfort Inn & Suites when visiting, in which I have never had a complaint. However I thought I confirmed my reservation but apparently I didn't and they were completed booked. Because I was rushed with time and the current promotion, I went next door to the Sleep Inn, given that I have stayed at a few Sleep Inns and I know them to be basic, yet accommodating, and clean. So rushing, I booked a smoking room. They guy at the desk said that he could switch it for a $10 surcharge and this was the only room available other than the smoking that I booked. I later found out the $10 wasn't billed to my card.

Upon entering room # 133, I hurried to shower. In the bathroom, I noticed this stain on the wall that appeared to be painted over mold. After showering, I turned around to look at the back of the tub and found a long string of hair. I knew it wasn't mine because I am bald. Next to the toilet was a used, and a soiled plunger. Rushing to get out for service and knowing there were no other rooms beside the smoking room they moved me from, I figured I would just discuss it with management in the morning. Next day I showered and pulled back the curtains to the window to prepare to check out and I found popcorn kernels on the floor. When discussing my concerns to the manager, the guy listed below, I found it to be useless. I asked did they serve popcorn everyday as a snack to the guests, he said yes. I didn't have popcorn because I am not a fan of eating from containers that any and everybody has access to. So I showed buddy the pictures and instead of apologizing, taking responsibility and assuring me it would be addressed (as a manager does), he justified why the room was filthy. He said "I can vouch for the hair in the tub, because that's the house keepers hair." As if that made a difference. I don't care whose hair it isIT SHOULD NOT BE IN MY SHOWER. 2) I told him if popcorn kernels were on the floor then that means the floor wasn't cleaned. He replied, "Or that means she cleaned the floor but left a kernel." WHAT??? So at this point even the manager doesn't know what clean is. CLEAN is CLEAN. 3) I complained about the smell in the room, because it smelled stale, smokey and that of mildew. He replied "Well that might be because there is a smoking room above it." My thing is, if you moved me from a smoking room to non-smoking, I shouldn't be able to smell smoke in a non-smoking room. So they need to change the room layout or get a better deodorizer and actually put in the work to clean the rooms. As far as the dirty plunger, "oh that's a house keeping issue" and the stain, there was no response.

He made a $20 adjustment to my rate and saw the look on my face and my demeanor. He asked, "Is that not good enough?" At this point, I recognized it was useless and that I would need to call corporate to file a complaint, so I said that's cool. He then said, "Well I mean it looks like you got the room for a good rate anyway so, I think its fair." I became even more upset because I got the rate with a discount through my employer, not because of a deal they made with me. I remained quiet, because I really wanted to leave the property in my car without handcuffs. He went through the 3-7 days for the refund spill and I left. Whatever you do, don't fool with this location. Yes, I chose the Sleep Inn and yes I know I got it for a good rate. I also know that I didn't pay for the Ritz Carlton, but I did pay to have a basic clean room and that beloved, I saw no trace of. Go to the Comfort Inn, choice privilege members. You will thank me later. Because when I left I really felt like I would've done better at the Quality Inn, however I have a preference for indoor corridors. Dated on the outside and insideexcept for the lobby. (Go figure)

Right next to the highway, good for access, bad for noise. The room was clean, but very outdated. Friendly staff. Bright light outside, old bed, and paper thin walls meant I didn't get a good night sleep. No elevator. The pool did not look appealing, though I went in January. Breakfast was good and the usual hot array of eggs and sausage and waffles.

I entered and asked about rates. The attendant was not friendly but was robotic. The place needs major updating.
The room was disgusting and I did not feel comfortable walking around without shoes on. I slept in leggings and a long sleeve shirt as there was no mattress pad on the bed but just a sheet. 1week later I started getting a rash and saw a Dermatologist as it got worse and found out I contracted scabies. Mites!!! DO NOT STAY THERE! It was the only hotel I stayed at on my trip down to Florida. I've been miserable ever since. No stars for me. It should be condemned!

Safe. Great breakfast Shannon is a nice & helpful Breakfast Hostess. She mentioned her mom in conversation a few times. My daughter and I felt at home setting here.
No smells. Lobby area clean & very light background music playing.Free WiFi . Desk staff Happy to give more towels to room. Digital LED T.V in our room was newer model. We didn't use the handicapped accessible indoor pool. I would recommend to anyone to stay here good value .
