We purchased a fifth wheel and Tommy Davis was our salesman and he provided us with excellent service. No matter how many times we said no he was very respectful and his attitude never changed. With his top notch service and loyalty to us as a customer I will definitely recommend others to him. Not only was Tommy great the delivery coordinator Jim B. was excellent as well he went through our rv and showed us everything we needed to know. He was very knowledgeable at what he do. Tommy and Jim is two guys that anyone would love to have on their team.

Camping World of Macon did an extremely good job at showing us models within our price range. Matt is a great salesman and puts customer service above everything else. He went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with our selection and answered all questions about the Jayco Feather 7 that we bought. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to just explore RV availability to give him a call or better go see him in person to get the best customer service available. Thanks again MATT for a great experience in buying our first RV for our family.

George Hill was the perfect salesperson. He was not aggressive, he was thoughtful in his responses to questions, no 'hard sell', he was reasonable and fair. George decided the used vehicle we were buying likely needed a new chassis battery, so he simply had one installed. Although we were buying "as-is" he even provided a repair consideration for a part that we knew was not working. All in, it was a pleasant experience (so rare from a vehicle dealer!)
Three cheers for George Hill and everyone at the camping world in Macon (everyone was so pleasant right from the start)
Also even after we completed the sale and drove away, George answered technical questions, using his external resources to help us figure something out about the vehicle.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. We brought our rv in to have a couple things fixed and we left with more damage than when we took it in and still spent $500 dollars in "labor" and all they did was rewire a brake light. These guys have no idea what they're doing. They didn't turn our battery switch off and let it sit for 3 days and ran all of our batteries dead so when we went to pick it up, we had zero power and had to let it sit there another night to charge the batteries. On top of that, we have grease stains ALL OVER what use to be our cream/white carpet! And it just gets better, we have a dent and a scratch where they obviously hit something and didn't even bother telling us about it and we didn't notice it until we got it home. Horrible experience and will never take our rv back in that parking lot or do any kind of business with them. We are so upset. Going to call corporate but probably won't accomplish anything.

Excellent service and I mean unsurpassed! I was kinda in mechanical trouble with my trailer towing system. They had all the equipment I needed and the tools. They had everything! They even let me install my new hitch in their parking lot as I was in the middle of a very long trip and had nowhere to go and the shops were closed and they were to swamped to do it for me(I understand why with their level of quality). They even gave me pointers and information on proper hookup and installation. I spent almost $1k here and I do NOT have buyers guilt. I'll make sure to stop by here everytime I pass by.

WORST PLACE EVER TO BUY AN RV FROM!!! It started out good with looking and picking a trailer out with Patrick, however, when we were passed off to the next step the HORRIBLE experiences started!! The finance person was in training and the man watching him didn't feel he was doing a good enough job so pushed him out and took over. This man proceeded to tell us his personal business and how his wife took out a restraining order and asked for a divorce which just made it uncomfortable.

From there we went out to do the walk around with a man that seemed irritated that he had to deal with us. THEN low and behold ALL the keys were missing. After arguing with them they finally ordered the new keys and replaced one door handle just so we could lock it.

Now NINE WEEKS later we are still getting the run around from them and can't seem to get a real person to contact us or answer the phone because they have NOT sent the licensing information to the DOL!!! We just want a license plate for our trailer!!!

We have contacted corporate office to open a case on them to try and get a resolution to the current issue.

Please explain a store that has a register that shuts down automatically at closing time yet the employees don't give a courtesy announcement that it's close to closing time! Walk up to you 3 minutes after closing time and tell you to leave cause you can't buy anything anymore. Thanks! Now I just spent an hour walking around picking out items for nothing! Amazon here I come! Can blast music but cant annoumce store closing! Wow!

Called in to see if they had a specific washer available. I was told they had two available so I drove 2 hours to purchase it and pick it up. Upon arrival I waited 10 min for someone specific to help me while 15 other employees strolled on by. When I was helped I told them I had called earlier and wanted to purchase a washer. I was then told that the one I wanted were both broken and didn't have the right parts. So two washer dryer combos were butchered for parts and someone there plans on I am assuming fixing brand new units. I am kinda glad I didn't purchase one due to the fact that they both were torn apart. Moral of the story is if you call in for something like that ask if they work.

Brandon Love is someone I would definitely refer my friends to. I am sure Camping World of Macon is proud to have their product represented by Brandon. By the way, I am loving my new RV. I had a wonderful experience at Camping World. I went here with absolutely no intention of buying an RV when I went this weekend, I'm very early in my buying process and in no rush at all to make a purchase. I told this to Brandon Love one of the sales people there, and told him no need wasting his time on me as I was just out looking that afternoon. Despite knowing that I wasn't buying then, Brandon stayed by me and showed me several really nice Jayco RVs and was very helpful in answering all my questions and spent over an hour with me I was very impressed. I did not make a purchase that day, but when I do it will be from Camping World and Brandon Love.

I just had a slide topper installed by Camping World of Macon/Byron Georgia on my new 5th wheel purchased from another dealer. My experience with their service department was nothing short of awesome. I have experienced some nightmares having work done at other dealers, but not this time. I ordered the topper from Camping World when they were offering free shipping and free delivery. My wife and I were nervous about having the work done due to the previous bad experiences. We also had a complicated installation since our awning is positioned very close to the slide. Bob the sales person was very attentive to the circumstances and worked carefully with the manufacturer of the topper and us to ensure it would fit properly. When it was installed, Taylor the services advisor came to speak with us as the topper recommended by the manufacture just did not fit well. He was very apologetic about the delay, but wanted to be sure we would not have problems with the topper. It was comforting to know that even with free installation they wanted it to be done “right” and were not worried about the extra time it would take their technicians to do the work. They had the proper size on hand and finished the job quickly. They even took us out back to see the problem and show to us how the new one would fit. Dan and Jay were the technicians doing the work and I could tell they were very careful to ensure everything would fit correctly. In the end, Jim the service Manager came out to extend his apologies for the delay and Bob deeply discounted the smaller topper that was needed. I am not one to write many reviews and I am very critical about customer service and how someone treats me and my camper. This has been one of the best experiences we have had in a long time. I highly recommend the service department at Camping World of Byron Georgia and they can count on my business again.

I had my first service performed on my 2016 Keystone Alpine 3730 fifth wheel a little earlier than planned, when I ripped off my generator exhaust taking a turn too tightly. Aaron in the service department was very helpful and accurate when furnishing my estimate for repair. While the part was on order, they completed all my little punch list items that had manifested in the 11 months I had owned the coach (very few actually- kudos to Keystone), and every week I received a follow up call notifying me of the progress. The work was done professionally and came in under estimate, which makes me a "happy camper." Aaron always exhibited the utmost courtesy, whether on the phone or in person, and was the consummate professional- he is an asset to his employer. I would definitely recommend him. In fact, everyone I have dealt with at the Camping World of Byron store has been extremely helpful and courteous. It's worth the 75 mile drive to Byron to obtain first class service such as I received.

Service Manager Bob was awesome!!!!! Our refrigerator went out on a Saturday. Within a 1 1/2 he said he was able to install a new one. The tech did such a great job and was able to modify our wood panels to fit on the new one and it looks so nice. Bob went above and beyond, even finding us a nice campground nearby as it was late in the day. Would definitely go to the Byron Ga Camping World again when needing any repairs done, have not found that at the locations in Florida.

All the other staff we dealt with were so helpful and friendly to us and other customers. Thank you! Nowadays great customer service can be hard to find.
