This is our go-to hotel each time traveling home. The reception is courteous with clean, neat amenities. I will continue to make Fairfield my stay.

It is a very nice inn, the team is fantastic, very clean and with a complimentary breakfast (nothing fancy, but enough). I do really enjoy staying there, the gym has new equipment. Just need to fix its laundry faicility.

My home away from home. Great people and quite. Rooms clean and roomy. Nice value. Only thing wrong is the snack bar sometimes runs of ice cream.

After driving 12 hours evacuating Florida, we were refused our reservation at your hotel because we had a dog. It was 11:30 at night and your staff was unable to suggest a hotel that was pet friendly. She was most anxious that we leave her establishment. After finding lodging we were informed that the hotels in Milledgeville had agreed to waive the pet restrictions during the hurricane. Not Fairfield Inn.
Fortunately the Brown Palace in Denver did not have such restrictions and we were treated like royaltyas was our 15 pound dog.

Great accommodations. The staff are truly caring and professional. The room quality and cleanliness is easily the best in town.

Normal hotel room. Breakfast was decent and normal for a Fairfield. Left my charger at the hotel, had to track it down, and they still can't figure out how to send it to me.

Nicer hotel in the area. In need of renovation. It was most likely the best hotel 20 years ago. The 3rd floor AC in the common area only has 3 vents, so it is sweltering. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Front desk staff was very cordial and friendly. Other workers (i.e.: housekeeping) were in need of retraining in regard to how to treat customers. We were on the third floor and housekeeping ladies were together and loudly talking. I hope no one wanted to sleep in. Two housekeeping ladies with carts came on to my elevator before I could barely get off. Same with my getting back on the elevator later when two ladies with linen carts got on before I could squeeze in. Breakfast was good and items were plentiful.
