The staff was very friendly and honest about what needed (and did not need) to be done for maintenance. I was able to walk to the grocery store and do some quick shopping during the servicing of my car and only had to wait about 10 minutes in the waiting room until they finished. It was a very positive and productive experience.

Was looking for a replacement for my work vehicle. Stopped at Yark Toyota but didn't find what I was looking for. However, Mike Richardson went well out of his way to look through their entire used car stock until we found something that seemed to work. Went with us to their Subaru dealership on Central Avenue. The car seemed nearly perfect except for a rust hole behind one of the doors. They fixed it so well that you cannot even tell it was there. When the car was done in the body shop he drove it down to Maumee to make it closer for pickup. This man is a flexible as a gymnast in his willingness to bend over backwards to help you find what you want. I am not effusive with praise under most conditions, but I do dole it out when rightly deserved. This is one of those times.

Mike was wonderful! I financed my first car and he made the whole process so easy for me! He and the finance manager even stayed two hours late the day before Thanksgiving to make sure that I could leave with my new car. I would for sure drive an hour again to work with him. I highly recommend!

Yark Toyota is a great dealership. But I have to tell you what makes it so great is Chris Dupree. He is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with in my life. Chris has extraordinary customer service. He doesn't just seal the deal and forget about you. Chris continues superior customer service long after the deal, and that is very important. I will continue to purchase my cars through Chris, and that is a promise!

I had an awesome experience at Yark Toyota! Everyone I dealt with was professional and kind and made the process easy and low pressure! Chris Dupree in sales answered all my questions and worked with me to select the option that worked best for me! Highly recommend! Thank you, Chris! You're awesome! Ryan Francis in finance walked me through all the details and the paperwork in the end. He followed up with me as he received info from Toyota and worked with me to get everything finalized! He kept me informed at every step.

An amazing experience from start to finish. The sales team were efficient and friendly. I enjoyed that they went over all the details of our new Toyota Highlander and even followed up after the fact to make sure we had gotten used to all the settings. Yark Toyota made the process easy and we were able to get the car we wanted at a great price and were in and out easily with paperwork.

Chris is everything you hope for in a sales experience, but so rarely find. Great sense of humor, warm and genuine personality, and no pressure whatsoever. From the moment we made online contact with Shelby, Yark made the process smooth and comfortable. Beautiful car, better than fair price. All good!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Chris was fantastic to work with and went out of his way to listen, understand, and meet both my needs and the needs of my family. This was my best car buying experience yet! From the second I walked into the door I felt comfortable. The entire team was patient with my questions. They didn't attempt to change my mind or take me in a different direction . Fitz, my sales associate, was very kind and knowledgeable. Tony, his manager was also beyond kind and eager to help meet my wants for a new car. The finance manager did a great job explaining my options without being pushy or demanding. I will never buy a car anywhere else again!

From test driving cars to signing final paperwork, the customer service was top notch! Chris Dupree went above and beyond; he was helpful, honest and extremely personable. Not to mention that I walked away with an amazing car at an unbeatable price. I would highly recommend Yark Toyota and will definitely be returning for future purchases.

When my husband and I walked in we were greeted by smiling faces. We were offered coffee, water or snacks!
Chris DuPree handled everything for us. He was very patient and kind with us. He did everything he could to get me in my new vehicle. He made sure I stayed within my budget and vary conscientious of it at all times!!! He not one time tried to push anything on me and was very clear on my options.
We really appreciated EVERYTHING he did for us.
I will definitely be a reoccurring customer for years to come and I will request Chris every time.
My family sincerely thanks Yark for hiring such a great employee.
