Xcel installed all hvac in my new construction. My ac fails to cool the home. Heat fails to warm it. The ducts are run Willy nilly. NO system would be effective with the backwards install of the ducts (24” flex pipe) When we remodeled flooring, we discovered THREE registers cut into the floors, with ducts active to them.but were deemed unnecessary by xcel and covered. FO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
