How could replacing a leaking water heater be a pleasant and satisfying experience? Easy - by using Elite Plumbing. Aside from giving me the best price I could find, Dominic was fast and thorough, as well as intelligently friendly to interact with. I highly recommend Elite for your plumbing needs!

I waited one day to post this review so I could look at the fine workmanship a day later and still be impressed…
…I am still impressed.
My family needed to replace some very old kitchen appliances i.e., dishwasher, garbage disposal and sink faucet. Once we bought the items, I started looking for a reliable plumber to swap out the old with the new. There were four things we were looking for in choosing the right person for the job…
1. Experienced, licensed, professional
2. Affordable
3. Prompt / Ontime
4. Followed Covid guidelines
After an exhausting two-month search, I found, “Elite Plumbing Service” in a random Yelp search.
Praise God!!
Not only did Dominic meet all the above He went way beyond that, a few of the plumbing companies that I had talked to told me that they could not install appliances that was not purchased from them or not a brand that they carry.
In my initial phone conversation with Dominic, he assured me that whatever appliance type/brand I wanted to install; he would install it. After setting an appointment time and date: Dominic came on time, diagnosed the issue; and like that, he gave us the best quote we could have possibly ask for. BINGO!!
Tuesday morning Dominic was on time and went straight to work. He was very professional, he explained the job in detail in layman's terms, so we understood what was about to happen.
He gave us a heads-up of a possible valve issue that could raise the price of the service. The valve problem in-fact did occur, but Dominic cut the repair price in half!! Who does that??? Then he went to work on this issue and resolved it quickly and proficiently.
I cannot attest to the longevity of the work he provided but my instincts tell me it took him 4hrs from start to finish. I think my brother and I kept him longer than he intended, because of his wonderful personality and things that we have in common. Both my brother and I are die-hard Warriors fans… Dominic is a Warriors fan bit not your average fan. We found out that Dominic favorite Warrior’s player is Kevon Looney!! You got to drink a lot of Warriors’ ground coffee to say something like that… smile.
Bottomline:
Elite Plumbing Service /Dominic = Fantastic Service 10 out of 10. Highly Recommend

I highly recommend Elite Plumbing Services. Dominic is efficient and dependable. He is a straight shooter and gets the job done. I have been really impressed by his professionalism and honesty. I would recommend Dominic and Elite Plumbing Services any day. And he does impeccable work to boot. Can't say enough good things!

Dominic & Elite Plumbing came highly recommended. .. and they lived up to the hype! Dominic came out the same day, fixed the issue (loud clicking noise coming from our water heater / low water pressure) and did it for a very reasonable cost. Plus, he's just a good all-around guy. Definitely will be recommending Elite moving forward.
