They were really professional, response time was excellent! My ac went out and I called them late Thursday evening and got a response early Friday morning and got an appointment Friday evening!Bill ended up coming out to check my unit,, and I ended up having to get a new ac/heating unit, which Todd came and gave me a few quotes on some options I had, long story short Abraham Laguna-Arellano came and installed my unit the next day! Very satisfied, he did an excellent job, he even took my fans out the window and closed them and locked up behind himself because everyone in my home was at work!!!

About the time our original mini-split was struggling to keep up last fall, we received a flier by mail for a service checkup. We phoned Jordan and a tech came out to perform a basic system check. Although this tech had never worked with mini splits before he did his best to Google etc. and do some research. It appeared our mini-split had a freon leak. Clint came out and gave us a quote for replacing and installing an additional unit downstairs. They even offered a discount if we allowed them to begin the project straight away. It was not in our budget at the time and with the end of year and holidays coming we delayed as there were no issues regarding heat use. We were trying to complete a few other projects first. We came to regret this decision as the 100 degree heat started hitting us so early this year. We had a few second opinions and ultimately decided to move forward with Jordan. We liked the fact they also had a free finance option and it was quick and easy to get approved that allowed us to add the secondary unit and not totally wreck our budget. Clint made sure the credit was in place and came out to survey the property etc., ultimately we did not like the original placement of the much larger outdoor unit by our downstairs walkway. Our old unit had been installed up on a metal brace on the side of house. We decided we wanted the placement to remain the same location away from the walkway. We worked as quickly as we could to complete a concrete pad. Our technicians Nick and Daniel were extremely professional and worker very efficiently to complete all the indoor work while the concrete pad newly installed could dry. Clint made sure the team was back out the next day (as busy as they all were) even though they had some scheduling conflicts. The team all working together went out of their way to take care of us. They were able to complete the install of two new wall units and restored air to us after months of us surviving in the miserable 100 degree weather. We greatly appreciate Nick, Daniel and Clint for helping us maintain a cool house and easing our already stressed budget from five years of DIY house building with their five year free finance option! You guys rock!

Very pleased with my interaction with Jordan Air. Jeremy came and gave me the estimate on the system. He was very knowledgeable and answered questions directly. Jacob and Nick did the installation. Arrived one time and did a excellent job. Very neat installation and done in about half the time I expected. They were polite and obviously well trained. I should have expected that as everyone I spoke to or worked with were very courteous and obviously well trained. Very impressed!

My overall experience with Jordan Air was awesome. Both technicians arrived on time and were very respectful towards me and my home. As a Afro-American, we some times don't receive that but these young guys were great. They were professional and got the job done so that they didn't take up my entire Saturday. Thanks Jordan Air for the professionalism and quality of people you hire. From Matt who came out to inspect my unit, to Jason who gave me my estimate. Everything was perfect!!

Top notch service from start to finish. Unfortunately we needed an entirely new furnace & repair/sealing to old duct work but their team streamlined the process & got us back up & running super fast. They did a great job explaining everything & what all of our options were. I didn’t feel pressured into buying more than we needed or wanted. They did a great job cleaning up as well & left the area looking better than before they arrived.
